Claims (14)
1. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая продукт взаимодействия алкоголята или конденсированного алкоголята металла М, выбранного из титана, циркония, гафния, алюминия или лантанида, спирта, содержащего не менее двух гидроксильных групп, 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты и основания, в которой мольное отношение основания к 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоте находится в интервале 0,01-0,79:1.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п.1, в которой спирт выбран из группы, содержащей 1,2-этандиол, 1,2-пропандиол, 1,3-пропандиол, 1,4-бутандиол, диэтиленгликоль и полиэтиленгликоль.
3. Каталитическая композиция по любому из п.1 или 2, в которой 2-гидроксикарбоновая кислота содержит молочную кислоту, лимонную кислоту, яблочную кислоту или винную кислоту.
4. Каталитическая композиция по любому из п.1 или 2, в которой мольное отношение 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты к металлу в продукте взаимодействия составляет от 1 до 4 моль 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты на моль металла М.
5. Каталитическая композиция по п.3, в которой мольное отношение 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты к металлу в продукте взаимодействия составляет от 1 до 4 моль 2-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты на моль металла М.
6. Каталитическая композиция по любому из п.1 или 2, в которой основание содержит гидроксид натрия, гидроксид калия, гидроксид аммония, гидроксид лития, карбонат натрия, гидроксид магния, гидроксид кальция, ацетат алюминия, оксид цинка, карбонат цезия или аммиак.
7. Каталитическая композиция по п.3, в которой основание содержит гидроксид натрия, гидроксид калия, гидроксид аммония, гидроксид лития, карбонат натрия, гидроксид магния, гидроксид кальция, ацетат алюминия, оксид цинка, карбонат цезия или аммиак.
8. Каталитическая композиция по любому из п.1 или 2, в которой металл М выбран из титана и циркония.
9. Каталитическая композиция по п.3, в которой металл М выбран из титана и циркония.
10. Каталитическая композиция по п.5, в которой металл М выбран из титана и циркония.
11. Способ получения сложного эфира, содержащий проведение реакции этерификации в присутствии каталитической композиции по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
12.Способ по п.11, в котором указанная реакция этерификации включает взаимодействие кислоты или ангидрида, выбранных из группы, в которую входят стеариновая кислота, изостеариновая кислота, каприновая кислота, капроновая кислота, пальмитиновая кислота, олеиновая кислота, пальмитолеиновая кислота, триаконтановая кислота, бензойная кислота, метилбензойная кислота, салициловая кислота, фталевая кислота, изофталевая кислота, терефталевая кислота, себациновая кислота, адипиновая кислота, азелаиновая кислота, янтарная кислота, фумаровая кислота, малеиновая кислота, нафталиндикарбоновая кислота, памовая кислота, тримеллитовая кислота, лимонная кислота, тримезиновая кислота, пиромеллитовая кислота и ангидриды указанных кислот, со спиртом, выбранным из группы, которая содержит бутиловый, пентиловый, гексиловый, октиловый и стеариловый спирты, 2-этилгексанол, глицерин и пентаэритрит.
13.Способ по п.7, в котором указанной реакцией этерификации является реакция полиэтерификации, содержащая взаимодействие одного или более многоосновных кислот или сложных эфиров многоосновных кислот с одним или более многоатомных спиртов с получением полимерного сложного эфира.
14.Способ по п.13, в котором указанная реакция полиэтерификации содержит взаимодействие терефталевой кислоты или диметилтерефталата с 1,2-этандиолом (этиленгликолем) с получением полиэтилентерефталата, с 1,3-пропандиолом с образованием поли(триметилен)терефталата или с 1,4-бутандиолом (бутиленгликолем) с получением полибутилентерефталата (РВТ) или взаимодействие нафталиндикарбоновой кислоты с 1,2-этандиолом с получением полиэтиленнафталата (PEN).
