Claims (11)
1. Пищевой продукт на зерновой основе, имеющий показатель активности воды от 0,2 до 0,4 и содержащий инкапсулированную DHA и/или ЕРА и аромат цитрусовых.
2. Пищевой продукт по п.1, в котором эффективное количество DHA не превышает 2174 мг/100 г пищевого продукта, предпочтительно не превышает 1739 мг/100 г и более предпочтительно не превышает 1304 мг DHA/100 г пищевого продукта.
3. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором аромат цитрусовых присутствует в количестве от 0,01 до 0,20 мас.%.
4. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором аромат цитрусовых выбирается из аромата апельсина, лимона или грейпфрута либо их смеси.
5. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, в котором показатель активности воды составляет от 0,28 до 0,38, предпочтительно 0,33.
6. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий, по меньшей мере, один компонент из глицерина, меда, пребиотиков, пробиотиков, антиоксидантов и абсорбента кислорода.
7. Пищевой продукт по п.1 или 2, изготовленный в виде палочки, кекса, миндального печенья либо в виде мюсли, хлопьев или батончика.
8. Способ производства зернового пищевого продукта по любому из пп.1-7, включающий стадии
(1) приготовления зерновой смеси путем смешивания зерновых, инкапсулированной DHA и/или ЕРА и первой порции ароматов цитрусовых,
(2) приготовления связующего агента, включающего вторую порцию ароматов цитрусовых,
(3) смешивания продукта, полученного на стадии (1), с продуктом, полученным на стадии (2), с получением зернового пищевого продукта, при этом температура в ходе всего процесса не превышает 80°С.
9. Способ по п.8, согласно которому температура в ходе всего процесса не превышает 50°С.
10. Применение пищевого продукта на зерновой основе по любому из пп.1-7, содержащего DHA, для беременных и/или кормящих грудью женщин.
11. Применение пищевого продукта на зерновой основе по любому из пп.1-7, содержащего ЕРА, для предупреждения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
