Claims (22)
1. Пленка из полиэтилена, полученного полимеризацией в присутствии катализатора с однотипными центрами полимеризации, имеющими более одного η5-циклического лиганда, и включающего в качестве сомономеров этилена по меньшей мере два С4-12 альфа-олефина.
2. Пленка по п.1, где указанные сомономеры выбирают из 1-бутена, 1-гексена, 4-метил-1-пентена, 1-гептена, 1-октена и 1-децена.
3. Пленка по п.2, где указанные сомономеры - это 1-бутен и 1-гексен.
4. Пленка по любому из пп.1-3, где указанный полиэтилен - это бимодальный полиэтилен, в котором более низкомолекулярный компонент составляет 30-70 мас.% полиэтилена.
5. Пленка по п.1, где содержание сомономера в указанном полиэтилене составляет 0,1-10 мол.%.
6. Пленка по п.1, где плотность указанного полиэтилена составляет 905-930 кг/м3.
7. Пленка по п.1, где среднемассовая молекулярная масса указанного полиэтилена составляет 50000-250000 г/моль.
8. Пленка по п.1, где молекулярно-массовое распределение указанного полиэтилена составляет 3-8.
9. Пленка по п.1, где ПТР2 указанного полиэтилена составляет 0,4-3 г/10 мин.
10. Пленка по п.1, где указанный полиэтилен смешивают с дополнительным полимером.
11. Пленка по п.10, где указанный дополнительный полимер - это полиэтилен низкой плотности (ПЭНП).
12. Пленка по п.1, включающая множество слоев.
13. Пленка по п.1, полученная экструзией со степенью раздува 2:1 - 4:1.
14. Полиэтиленовая композиция для производства пленки, причем указанная композиция включает полиэтилен, полученный полимеризацией в присутствии катализатора с однотипными центрами полимеризации, имеющими более одного η5-циклического лиганда, и содержащий в качестве сомономеров этилена по меньшей мере два С4-12 альфа-олефина.
15. Композиция по п.14, включающая полиэтилен, описанный в любом из пп.2-9.
16. Композиция по любому из пп.14 и 15, включающая смесь указанного полиэтилена и дополнительного полимера.
17. Композиции по п.16, где указанный дополнительный полимер - это полиэтилен низкой плотности (ПЭНП).
18. Продукт, упакованный в термосклеенную пленку из полиэтилена, полученного полимеризацией в присутствии катализатора с однотипными центрами полимеризации, имеющими более одного η5-циклического лиганда, и включающего в качестве сомономеров этилена по меньшей мере два С4-12 альфа-олефина.
19. Продукт по п.18, где указанная пленка - это пленка, описанная в любом из пп.2-13.
20. Продукт по любому из пп.18 и 19, который представляет собой упакованный пищевой продукт или жидкость.
21. Использование ПЭНП, имеющего плотность 925-932 кг/м3, в качестве добавки, присутствующей в количестве 1-5 мас.% в полиэтиленовой композиции для производства пленки, с целью улучшения оптических характеристик полученной из нее пленки.
22. Способ получения пленки по любому из пп.1-13, включающий полимеризацию этилена и бутена в суспензионном реакторе в присутствии катализатора с однотипными центрами полимеризации, имеющего более одного η5-циклического лиганда; перемещение суспензии из суспензионного в газофазный реактор и полимеризацию в присутствии этилена и гексена.
