Claims (14)

1. Катализатор для обработки синтез-газа, включающий марганец и цирконий, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, 50% по массе катализатора в его восстановленном состоянии состоит из оксида марганца и оксида циркония, в котором отношение Mn/Zr составляет между 0,05 и 5,00.
2. Катализатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отношение Mn/Zr составляет между 0,1 и 0,8.
3. Катализатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает в качестве промотора металлический компонент, выбранный из меди, серебра, золота, палладия и платины и/или оксидов металлов, выбранных из оксидов переходных металлов групп с 3 по 8 Периодической таблицы и лантаноидов.
4. Катализатор по п.3, отличающийся тем, что металлическим компонентом является медь.
5. Катализатор по п.3, отличающийся тем, что оксиды металлов выбирают из оксидов иттрия, титана, ванадия, ниобия, хрома, железа, церия, лантаноидов и их смесей.
6. Катализатор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он находится в форме гранул, экструдатов, таблеток, монолитов и геометрических тел.
7. Способ обработки синтез-газа, включающий стадию контакта синтез-газа с катализатором в присутствии водяного пара, отличающийся тем, что используют катализатор, по меньшей мере, 50% по массе которого находится в восстановленной форме, включает оксиды марганца и циркония, причем эти металлы присутствуют в катализаторе в мольном отношении Mn/Zr между 0,05 и 5,00.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что используют катализатор, дополнительно включающий металлический компонент, выбранный из меди, серебра, золота, палладий и платины и/или оксидов металлов, выбранных из оксидов переходных металлов групп с 3 по 8 Периодической таблицы и лантаноидов.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что используют катализатор, в котором металлический компонент является медью.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что используют катализатор, в котором оксиды металлов выбирают из оксидов иттрия, титана, ванадия, ниобия, хрома, железа, церия, лантаноидов и их смесей.
11. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, отличающийся тем, что катализатор используют в форме тонкого слоя, нанесенного на геометрическое тело, помещенное, по меньшей мере, частично в перепускной канал, через который пропускают синтез-газ.
12. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, отличающийся тем, что катализатор используют в форме тонкого слоя, нанесенного, по меньшей мере, частично на внутреннюю стенку перепускного канала, сквозь который пропускают синтез-газ.
13. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, отличающийся тем, что катализатор находится в форме гранул, экструдатов, таблеток, монолитов и геометрических тел.
14. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, отличающийся тем, что в качестве синтез-газа используют отходящий поток процесса, выбранного из процессов каталитического риформинга с водяным паром углеводородов, автотермического риформинга с водяным паром углеводородов, вторичного риформинга с водяным паром углеводородов и газификации углеводородов, газификации угля или переработки топлива для выработки энергии.
