Способ переработки углеводородных соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере одну нитрильную (азотсодержащую) функциональную группу, состоящий в их превращении в аммиак и углеводородные соединения и отличающийся тем, что он состоит в обработке упомянутых соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере одну нитрильную или аминную функциональную группу, на стадии гидродеазотирования путем реакции с водородом при абсолютном давлении водорода, лежащем в интервале от 0,1 до 10 МПа, при температуре, лежащей в интервале от 200°С до 500°С и в присутствии катализатора гидродеазотирования, с целью превращения упомянутых соединений в аммиак и углеводородные соединения. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор гидродеазотирования представляет собой металлический элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей платину, палладий, родий, рутений и никель. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что катализатор содержит металлический элемент, нанесенный на носитель, выбранный из группы, содержащей оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, алюмосиликаты, смешанные оксиды кремния и алюминия, активированные угли, диоксид циркония и оксид титана. ! 4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что катализатор содержит платину, нанесенную на носитель, выбранный из группы, содержащей диоксид циркония, диоксид кремния, оксид алюминия, алюмосиликаты и смешанные оксиды кремния и алюминия. ! 5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что абсолютное давление водорода лежит в интервале от 0,5 МПа до 3 МПа. ! 6. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что температура лежит в интервале от 300°С до 400°С. ! 7. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что соединения представл
Claims (10)
1. Способ переработки углеводородных соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере одну нитрильную (азотсодержащую) функциональную группу, состоящий в их превращении в аммиак и углеводородные соединения и отличающийся тем, что он состоит в обработке упомянутых соединений, содержащих по меньшей мере одну нитрильную или аминную функциональную группу, на стадии гидродеазотирования путем реакции с водородом при абсолютном давлении водорода, лежащем в интервале от 0,1 до 10 МПа, при температуре, лежащей в интервале от 200°С до 500°С и в присутствии катализатора гидродеазотирования, с целью превращения упомянутых соединений в аммиак и углеводородные соединения.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор гидродеазотирования представляет собой металлический элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей платину, палладий, родий, рутений и никель.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что катализатор содержит металлический элемент, нанесенный на носитель, выбранный из группы, содержащей оксид алюминия, диоксид кремния, алюмосиликаты, смешанные оксиды кремния и алюминия, активированные угли, диоксид циркония и оксид титана.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что катализатор содержит платину, нанесенную на носитель, выбранный из группы, содержащей диоксид циркония, диоксид кремния, оксид алюминия, алюмосиликаты и смешанные оксиды кремния и алюминия.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что абсолютное давление водорода лежит в интервале от 0,5 МПа до 3 МПа.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что температура лежит в интервале от 300°С до 400°С.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что соединения представляют собой нитрильные соединения, выбранные из группы, содержащей метилглутаронитрил, этилсукцинонитрил, 2-пентеннитрил, 2-метил-2-бутеннитрил или их смеси, а также изомеры орто-TDA.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что углеводородные соединения, рекуперируемые на выходе из стадии гидродеазотирования, подвергают обработке на стадии парового риформинга с целью получения моноксида углерода и водорода.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что моноксид углерода и водород обрабатывают способом метанирования с целью получения низших алканов, в том числе метана.
10. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что стадии парового риформинга и метанирования осуществляют в присутствии катализатора на основе никеля, нанесенного на носитель, при температуре, лежащей в интервале от 400 до 700°С для парового риформинга и от 200 до 400°С для метанирования.
