Claims (6)
1. Способ получения пуццолановых или гидравлических помолов для цементной промышленности из основных оксидных шлаков, в особенности сталеплавильных шлаков, с применением жидкометаллической ванны для восстановления оксидов металлов в шлаках, отличающийся тем, что основность жидких шлаков перед восстановлением доводят за счет добавления жидких корректирующих веществ, например, кварцевого песка и/или доменного шлака, и/или содержащих SiO2 корректирующих веществ до значения, которое от 0,1 до 0,5 ниже базового значения основности (CaO/SiO2) целевого шлака.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что основность шлаков в конце фазы восстановления или вблизи него доводят до желательного базового значения основности 1,1-1,5.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что добавляют корректирующие вещества, содержащие А12O3, например, боксит, по меньшей мере частично, перед восстановлением шлаков.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что целевую основность устанавливают путем добавления обожженой извести и/или содержащих СаО корректирующих веществ.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что целевую основность регулируют с момента времени, к которому содержание оксидов металлов и, в частности, сумма содержаний оксидов железа, марганца, хрома и ванадия в шлаке не превышает 3,5 мас.%.
6. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что основность при добавлении Al2О3 для достижения содержания Al2О3 12-15 мас.% снижается в меньшей степени, чем при более низких содержаниях А12O3.
