Description

UNIVERZALNA FOTELJA
Pronalazak pripada oblasti proizvodnje sobnog i kancelarijskog nameštaja, a odnosi se na UNIVERZALNU FOTELJU koja zauzima dva položaja : položaj za sedenje i položaj za spavanje.
Po međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenata (MKP) oznaka je A 47C 17/00 SOFE I LEŽAJI.
TEHNIČKI PROBLEM
Pronalazak rešava problem dužinskih parametara fotelje kada je u položaju za sedenje i u drugom slučaju, kada je fotelja u položaju za spavanje, pri čemu je dušek iz jednog dela.
U prvom slučaju, kada je fotelja u položaju za sedenje, anatomski je pilagođena položaju tela i ima dovoljnu dužinu za sedenje kao i odgovarajuću visinu naslona za leđa.
U drugom slučaju, kada je fotelja u položaju za spavanje, ima dovoljnu dužinu prema potrebnim zahtevima slika 1.1 i slika 1.2.
Problem odnosa dužina fotelje, kada je u položaju za sedenje i u drugom slučaju kada je u položaju za spavanje, rešen je ubacivanjem pokretnog mosta, koji se postavlja čvrsto uz dušek na tačno određenom položaju.
U položaju fotelje za sedenje, pokretni most zauzima položaj na naslonu leđa. U položaju fotelje za spavanje, pokretni most premošćava dva dela fotelje, nepokretni i pokretni, tako da se dobije dovoljna dužina u razvučenom položaju za spavanje.
Ubacivanjem pokretnog mosta, fotelja ima sve parametre anatomske fotelje, a u položaju za spavanje sve parametre anatomskog ležaja.
Postavljanje fotelje u položaj za sedenje ili u položaj za spavanje rešeno je na dva načina : ručno ili pomoću elektromotornog pogona.
STANJE TEHNIKE
Na tržištu se uočavaju rešenja koja ne ispunjavaju željene rezultate iz napred navedenog.
SUŠTINA PRONALASKA
Suština pronalaska sastoji se u tome da se definišu sve dobre karakteristike fotelje, a to su : da ima dovoljnu dužinu za ležanje, latofleks letvice raspoređene adekvatno po celoj dužini rama, da ima dovoljnu debljinu dušeka, uzglavlje za glavu i jastuk, da nema suvišnih delova koji se odlažu kada je fotelja u položaju za spavanje.
Fotelja treba biti definisana na sledeći način : da ima odgovarajuću dužinu dela za sedenje, da nije suviše dugačka, da ima naslone za ruke, anatomski oblikovano sedište i da je dizajnirana tako da zadovoljava nameni.
Ovako definisana fotelja i ležaj integrisani su u jednu celinu u ovom slučaju UNIVERZALNA FOTELJA i nastao jedinstven nov proizvod koji je svrsishodan i neprevaziđen.

DETALJNI OPIS PRONALASKA
Slike 1.1 i 1.2 pokazuju UNIVERZALNU FOTELJU koja se sastoji od nepokretnog rama 1, koji je preko poluga 11 i 12 vezan za ram 2, tako da poluge omogućavaju da se ramovi razvlače ili skupljaju u položaju fotelje za sedenje ili spavanje. Za ramove 1 i 2 vezan je dušek 6 u tačkama 3 i 8, tako da se u tački 3 može zakretati za ugao od 90°. Za dušek je čvrsto spojen most 5, a sve se uravnotežava oprugama 10 i oslanja na podlogu preko nogu 9 i uzglavlja 4. Na polugu fotelje 1 (slika 1.1) postavljen je elektromotorni pogon (slika 1.3) za postavljanje fotelje u položaj za sedenje ili u položaj za spavanje, a sastoji se od pužnog reduktora 13 na koji je postavljen elektromotor 14 spojen za osovinu 16 čivijom 17 i nosačem 15, a sve je učvršćeno na nosaču 18 i vezano za ram 1 vijcima 19, pri čemu izbor elektromotora može biti različit, s tim što mora biti dvosmerni, a ograničavanje krajnjih položaja rama 2 vrši se pomoću dva mikroprekidača 20 koji su postavljeni na odgovarajućem položaju. Prebacivanje elektromotronog pogona na ručni ili obratno, ostvareno je spojnicom (slika 1.4) koja se sastoji od podloške 22 učvršćene za polugu 11 kroz koju prolaze čivije 24 čvrsto postavljene na podlošku 23, koja se klizno kreće po poluzi 11 i ostvaruju vezu ša vratilom pužnog prenosnika 13, pritiskom opruge 26 oslonjene na podlošku 25, čvrsto vezane za polugu 11, a sa suprotne strane pužnog prenosnika postavljena je podloška 21 čvrsto vezana za polugu 11.

Claims (1)

  1. Anatomska fotelja naznačena time da ima nepokretni ram 1 koji je preko poluga 11 i 12 vezan za ram 2 tako da poluge omogućavaju da se ramovi razvlače ili skupljaju u položaju fotelje za sedenje ili spavanje. Za ramove 1 i 2 vezan je dušek 6 u tačkama 3 i 8, tako da se u tački 3 može zakretati za ugao od 90°. Za dušek je čvrsto spojen most 5, a sve se uravnotežava oprugama i oslanja na podlogu preko nogu 9 i uzglavlja 10. Na polugu fotelje (slika 1.1). postavljen je elektromotorni pogon (slika 1.3) za postavljanje fotelje u položaj za sedenje ili u položaj za spavanje. Sastoji se od pužnog reduktora 13 na koji je postavljen elektromotor 14 spojen za osovinu 16 čivijom 17 i nosačem 15, a sve je učvršćeno na nosaču 18 i vezano za ram 1 vijcima 19, pri čemu izbor elektromotora može biti različit s tim što mora biti dvosmerni, a ograničavanje krajnjih položaja rama 2 vrši se pomoću dva mikroprekidača 20 koji su postavljeni na odgovarajućem položaju.
