Abstract
Uredjaj (1) za obradu delova (3) sa predodredjenim brojem obradnih stanica (B1 - B8) za obradne postupke i sa jednim dodavačem, koji izvodi obradne pokrete, pomoću kojeg se delovi (3) transportuju do predodređenih pozicija kod obradnih stanica (B1 - B8) sa centralnom upravljačkom jedinicom (7), naznačen t i m e, što se pomoću centralne upravljačke jedinice (7) sinhronizuju obradni pokreti transportne jedinice i obradni postupci na obradnim stanicama (B1 - B8), na način što se preko centralne upravljačke jedinice (7) za svaku obradnu stanicu (B1 - B8) dovode u korelaciju obradni pokreti obradjenog dela (3) i upravljanje odgovarajućim procesom obrade, pri čemu je upravljačka jedinica (7) namenjena da generiše startne signale pogodne za prenos upravljačkog takta i da odredi trajanje prenosa upravljačkog takta, te se na ovaj način početak i trajanje izvršenog procesa obrade precizno definišu, pri čemu se pomoću centralne upravljačke jedinice (7) može podešavati vodeća učestanost za formiranje takta koja se prenosi do računarske jedinice (9) za sinhronizaciju obrtnog kretanja generisanog pogonom i za upravljanje obradnih postupaka na obradnim stanicama (B1 - B8), i gde se vodeća učestanost može prilagoditi radnoj učestanosti obradnih stanica (B1 - B8), vodeća učestanost se podešava i na izlaznu učestanost koji daje radnu učestanost mlaznica sa mastilom glave (6) sa mlazom mastila.Prijava sadrži još 24 patentna zahteva.
