Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na jedan uredjaj (1) za površinsku obradu delova (3) i poseduje odredjen broj obradnih stanica (B1-B8), koje obavljaju razne obradne postupke i jedan dodavač (transportnu jedinicu), koja izvodi obradne pokrete. Pomoću ovog dodavača transportuju se delovi (3) do zadatih položaja na obradnim stanicama (B1-B8). Dalje uredjaj (1) poseduje i jednu centralnu upravljačku jedinicu (7), pomoću koje se sinhronizuju obradni pokreti dodavača i obradni postupci na obradnim stanicama, na način što se preko centralne upravljačke jedinice (7) za svaku od obradnih stanica (B1-B8) može korelisano zadavati jedan upravljački takt za svaku od obradnih stanica, koja obradjuje delove (3).[The invention relates to a device (1) for machining the surface of parts (3), comprising machining stations (B1-B8) which carry out a given number of machining processes and a conveying unit which makes machining movements. The parts are conveyed to predefined desired positions at the machining stations (B1-B8) by means of the conveying unit. The inventive device (1) also comprises a central control unit (7) by means of which the machining movements of the conveying unit and the machining processes of the machining stations are synchronized by presetting a cycle which controls each machining process and correlates with the machining movement of the part (3) that is to be machined for each machining station (B1-B8) via the central control unit (7).
