Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei mase refractare, silicioase. Se proiectează pe o suprafaţă de reparat sau pe suprafaţa unei matriţe pentru fabricarea cărămizilor refractare, particule refractare solide, particule de siliciu solide şi oxigen gazos, astfel încât particulele de siliciu să reacţioneze cu oxigenul gazos, pe suprafaţa respectivă, formându-se o masă refractară, coerentă, cuprinzând cristobalit. Particulele refractare solide cuprind silice sub formă de silice vitroasă. Suprafaţa pe care sunt proiectate particulele respective este la o temperatură de cel puţin 1000°C. Procedeul poate fi utilizat pentru repararea in situ a furnalelor de temperatură înaltă, respectiv a cuptoarelor de fabricare a sticlei sau pentru fabricarea cărămizilor refractare, de calitate înaltă.
