Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA PROIZVODNJU KRISTALNE SILIKATNE VATROSTALNE MASE - Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju kristalne silikatne vatrostalne mase nabacivanjem gasovitog kiseonika, čvrstih vatrostalnih čestica i čvrstih sagorljivih čestica koje sadrže čestice silicijuma, na jednu površinu tako da se reakcija između sagorljivih čestica i kiseonika odvija na toj površini, čime se oslobađa toplota reakcije na toj površini, tako da se obrazuje koherentna vatrostalna masa koja sadriži kristobalit, pri čemu čvrste vatrostalne čestice sadrže silicijum dioksid u vidu prozirnog kvarcnog stakla dok je površina na koju se nabacuju na temperaturi od najmanje 1000В°C. Postupak se moze koristiti za opravku na licu mesta peći u kojima vladaju visoke temperature, kao što su peći za proizvodnju stakla, ili za proizvodnju visokokvalitetnih vatrostalnih opeka.
