Abstract
고체 내화성 입자가 유리질 실리카의 형태로 실리카를 포함하고, 이들이 투사되는 면이 적어도 1000℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 입자와 가스상 산소 간의 반응이 표면에 대하여 일어나고, 이로 인해 표면에 대하여 반응열을 방출하여 홍연석을 포함하는 응집성 내화성 물질이 형성 하도록 하는 이러한 방법으로 고체 내화성 입자, 고체 실리콘 입자 및 가스상 산소를 표면에 대하여 투사시킴으로써 결정성 규산질 내화성 물질을 생성하는 방법이 제공된다. 본 방법은 유리제조로와 같은 고온로의 자체 보수 또는 고품질의 내화 벽돌의 제조에 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 고체 내화성 입자가 유리질 실리카의 형태로 실리카를 포함하고, 이들이 투사되는 표면이 적어도 1000℃의 온도임을 특징으로 하는, 가연성 입자와 가스상 산소 간의 반응이 표면에 대하여 일어나고, 이로 인해 표면에 대하여 반응열을 방출하여 홍연석을 포함하는 응집성 내화성 물질이 형성 되도록 하는 이러한 방법으로 가스상 산소, 고체 내화성 입자 및 실리콘 입자를 포함하는 고체 가연성 입자를 표면에 대하여 투사시킴으로써 결정성 규산질 내화성 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 투사 후 생성된 내화성 물질이 적어도 1000℃의 온도에서 구워지는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고체 내화성 입자가 적어도 95중량%의 순도를 지니는 실리카로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 내화성 입자가 적어도 99중량%의 순도를 지니는 실리카로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘의 총량이 투사된 입자 총 중량의 15중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘이 50㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 지니는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 내화성 입자가 실질적으로 4㎜ 이상의 크기를 지닌 어떠한 입자도 포함하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화성 입자의 크기 범위 확산 인지 f(G) (본원에서 진술한 바와 같이)가 1.2 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 내화 벽돌.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
