Claims (17)

  1. 흑연, 카본블랙 또는 석유코크 같은 탄소공급원을 함유한 내화성 산소 매트릭스재에 기초하고 반응성 규산이 추가로 존재하는 것을 특징으로한 전기 전도성 무수 내화 세라믹재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 규산이 무수형태인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 반응성 규산이 마이크로실리카형인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 규산이 실라카겔 또는 실리카졸형인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중량%로 조성을 나타날때; 3 내지 12중량 흑연, 카본블랙 또는 석유코크, 3 내지 10중량% 반응성 규산, 나머지가 내화성 매트릭스적인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중량%로 조성을 나타날때; 5 내지 10중량% 흑연, 카본블랙 또는 석유코크, 5 내지 10중량% 반응성 규산, 나머지가 내화성 매트릭스적인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 산소 매트릭스재가 소결 마그네사이트인 것을 특징으로한 세라믹재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 소결 마그네사이트의 Fe2O3함량이 1.0 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 소결 마그네사이트의 CaO 함량이 4 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, CaO/SiO2비가 0.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 산소 매트릭스재가 Al2O3형인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 산소 매트릭스재가 5mm 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소공급물의 입자크기가 500㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 탄소공급물의 입자크기가 200㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소공급원이 판상 흑연인 것을 특징으로 한 세라믹재.
  16. 900 내지 1300℃의 온도에서 형상화 및 굽는작업 실행후 내화형 물체를 제조하는데 제1항의 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 용도.
  17. 900 내지 1300℃의 온도에서 형상화 및 굽는작업전에 d.c. 아아크로 노상의 내화성 라이닝 제작하는데 제1항의 재료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 용도.
