Abstract

Industrie des ciments et bétons. La composition conforme à l'inversion constitue un liant non alumineux susceptible d'être associé à un agrégat de silice naturelle crue pour obtenir un béton réfractaire. Ce béton est gâché avec peu d'eau, puis coulé et vibré. La pièce ainsi obtenue est démoulée puis cuite et présente moins de 10 % de quartz résiduel. Béton réfractaire pour fabriquer des pièces destinées à la construction d'enceintes thermiques telles que des fours à coke, fours de verrerie, etc.
