Abstract
A method of making cement mortar or concrete comprises first mixing cement with water to make a paste which is then ground in a mill until the cement particles are less than 10 microns whereby the particles are substantially completely hydrated and sand or another aggregate is then added and mixed with this cement paste to form a mortar or concrete. Portland cement, silica cement, slag or hydraulic cement may be used.
