Abstract
1493686 Foamable concrete mixes ANNELIESE ZEMENTWERKE AG 5 May 1975 [2 July 1974] 18831/75 Heading ClH A dry mix from which foamed concrete can be prepared by the addition thereto of water comprises a binder component, sand and a foaming additive (e.g. aluminium), wherein the binder component is at least partially a deacidified marl and the remainder, if any, of the binder component is white lime and/or Portland cement. The deacidified marl is produced by deacidifying marl at 900 to 1300 C. under conditions such as to stop short of forming substantially any cement clinker minerals.
