Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie nozyc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia nozyce w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.2- nozyce w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku, fig.3- zblizenie na czesc robocza nozyc z boku, a fig.4- zblizenie na czesc robocza nozyc z drugiego boku.Nozyce wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace dwa ramiona, kazde ramie majace, w czesci przedniej, ksztalt walca z wypukla jedna podstawa, na którym usytuowany jest walcowy wystep z wypukla sciana górna i którego os jest prostopadla do osi ramienia i majace w czesci tylnej ksztalt walca, którego sciana boczna jest czesciowo wybrzuszona i czesciowo wklesla, oraz czesc robocza w postaci dwóch zebów tworzacych w przyblizeniu zarys ptasiego dzioba, posiadaja nastepujace cechy istotne : zarys zebów w widoku z boku ma ksztalt piecioboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate, a dwa faliste. Kat pomiedzy dwoma bokami lukowatymi jest rozwarty, a pomiedzy bokiem lukowatym i krótszym bokiem falistym jest w przyblizeniu prosty. Posrodku pola bocznego zeba znajduje sie otwór, który na jednej stronie bocznej jest otoczony obrysami kolistymi, szesciokatnymi oraz obrysem wielokatnym,jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4.FIG. 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PLScissors The design registration right is valid from: August 26, 2002. The scissors according to the industrial design, comprising two arms, each arm having, in its front part, the shape of a cylinder with one convex base, on which there is a cylindrical projection with a convex upper wall and whose axis is perpendicular to the axis of the arm, and having in its rear part the shape of a cylinder, the side wall of which is partially bulged and partially concave, and the working part in the form of two teeth forming approximately the outline of a bird's beak, have the following essential features: the outline of the teeth in a side view has the shape of A pentagon, three of whose sides are arcuate and two are wavy. The angle between the two arcuate sides is obtuse, and the angle between the arcuate side and the shorter wavy side is approximately right. In the center of the lateral area of the tooth is an opening, which on one lateral side is surrounded by circular, hexagonal, and polygonal outlines, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 4.
