Lakiery lub farby olejne otrzymuje sie dotych¬ czas z kosztownych surowców, jak oleje schnace i zywice naturalne lub syntetyczne. Substancje zywicowe, bedace przedmiotem wynalazku, usu¬ waja koniecznosc stosowania tych surowców, przez co otrzymuje sie produkt znacznie tanszy, ogranicza sie stosowanie surowców deficytowych lub importowanych i zuzywa sie dotychczas zu¬ pelnie niewykorzystany, lub w malym stopniu nieekonomicznie wykorzystywany kwas odpad¬ kowy.Sposób wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze kwas odpadkowy, rozcienczony woda, ogrzewa sie w autoklawie, zaleznie od gatunku oleju, np. w ciagu 3—4 godzin w temperaturze 120—180 °C, nastepnie warstwe wodna, zawierajaca kwas siar¬ kowy, odpuszcza sie, warstwe zas 'olejowa prze¬ mywa sie kilkakrotnie goraca woda, i ponownie ogrzewa w autoklawie, znowu zaleznie od gatun¬ ku oleju w ciagu np. 2—4 godzin w temperaturze *) Wlasciciel patentu oswiadczyl, ze wynalazca jest Henryk Mosurski w Krakowie. 120—160 °C z dodatkiem 4—8% siarki. Do otrzy¬ manej masy zywicowej dodaje sie rozpuszczal¬ nika organicznego (terpentyna, solwent-nafta, benzen lub ich mieszanina), tak aby otrzymac odpowiednia wiskoze. Sposób rozprowadzania na powierzchnie metalowa lub drzewna w ten spo¬ sób otrzymanego roztworu jest identyczny, jak przy farbach olejnych i lakierach. PL
