Sofa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa tapicerowana, roz- kladana. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 przedstawia zlozona sofe - w widoku ogólnymi i fig. 2 - sofe w stanie rozlozonym - równiez w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Podlokietniki sofy wedlug wzoru maja ksztalty prostopadloscianów posiada- jacych identyczne wysokosci, glebokosci i szerokosci oraz sa usytuowane, wzajemnie w stosunku do siebie, pod katem prostym. - Zarówno oparcie, jak i górna czesc siedziska podzielone sa na dwie identyczne czesci majace postac prostopadlosciennych poduch.2 - Dolna czesc siedziska sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych i ulozonych jeden na drugim materacy, przy czym oba dolne materace usytuowane sa, w przedniej czesci pionowo w jednej linii, natomiast dwie poduchy stanowiace górna czesc siedziska sofy wedlug wzoru przestaja, nieco, poza obrys dwu tapicerowanych materaców. - Dolne czesci siedziska sa wysuwane w kierunku „ do przodu", tworzac po wysunieciu powierzchnie do spania. - Wzajemny stosunek szerokosci sofy wedlug wzoru do jej wysokosci i glebo- kosci wynosi, w przyblizeniu, 1 : 0,6 : 0,6. - W tylnej czesci siedziska usytuowane sa dwie oparciowe poduchy o ksztalcie prostopadloscianów, które swymi gabarytami przestaja, nieco, poza obrys górnej czesci oparci ( fig.1 i 2 ).3 Fig.1 Fig.2 PLSofa. The industrial design is for an upholstered, fold-out sofa. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the folded sofa and Fig. 2 shows a general view of the unfolded sofa. Essential features of the industrial design: According to the design, the armrests of the sofa are cuboids of identical height, depth, and width, and are positioned at right angles to each other. - Both the backrest and the upper part of the seat are divided into two identical parts in the form of rectangular cushions.2 - The lower part of the seat consists of two connected and stacked mattresses, with both lower mattresses positioned vertically in the front, in a single line, while the two cushions constituting the upper part of the sofa seat, according to the pattern, extend slightly beyond the outline of the two upholstered mattresses. - The lower parts of the seat slide forward, creating a sleeping surface when extended. - The ratio of the sofa width according to the pattern to its height and depth is approximately 1:0.6:0.6. - In the rear part of the seat there are two cuboid backrest cushions, the dimensions of which slightly exceed the outline of the upper part of the backrest (fig.1 and 2).3 Fig.1 Fig.2 PL
