Basen kapielowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest basen kapielowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu basenu kapielowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia basen kapielowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- basen kapielowy w widoku z góry, a fig.3- basen kapielowy w widoku z boku od strony schodków. Basen kapielowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, o dlugosci 6m i szerokosci 3m, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata, którego dwa naroza sa lukowato zaokraglone, a kazde naroze z drugiej pary narozy ma zarys falisty i naroza te sa polaczone lukowata krawedzia, przy czym na krótszej scianie basenu, polozonej pomiedzy falistymi narozami, usytuowanych jest piec schodków, których krawedzie sa lukowate. Ponadto, na pozostalych trzech scianach basenu przebiega uskok, który tworzy na krótszej scianie szeroka pólke usytuowana naprzeciw schodków. Wokól górnej krawedzi zewnetrznej basenu przebiega waski kolnierz. Dlugosc basenu jest dwa razy wieksza od jego szerokosci i jest okolo 4,3 razy wieksza od jego glebokosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.3.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a swimming pool. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the features of the swimming pool's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the swimming pool in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the swimming pool in a top view, and Fig. 3 - the swimming pool in a side view from the steps. The swimming pool according to the industrial design, 6m long and 3m wide, has the following significant features: in a top view, it has a rectangular outline, two of whose corners are rounded into arches, and each corner of the second pair of corners has a wavy outline, and these corners are connected by an arcuate edge. The shorter wall of the pool, located between the wavy corners, features five steps with arcuate edges. In addition, the remaining three walls of the pool have a step, creating a wide shelf on the shorter wall opposite the steps. A narrow collar runs around the upper outer edge of the pool. The pool is twice as long as it is wide and approximately 4.3 times as deep, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 EN
