Basen kapielowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest basen kapielowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu basenu kapielowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia basen kapielowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- basen kapielowy w widoku z góry, a fig.3- basen kapielowy w widoku z boku od strony schodków. Basen kapielowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, o dlugosci 7,60m i szerokosci 3,05m, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata, którego dwa naroza sa lukowato zaokraglone, a kazde naroze z drugiej pary narozy ma zarys falisty i naroza te sa polaczone lukowata krawedzia, przy czym na krótszej scianie basenu, polozonej pomiedzy falistymi narozami, usytuowanych jest siedem schodków, których krawedzie sa lukowate i które ulozone sa kolejno w grupach : dwa schodki dolne, trzy schodki srodkowe i dwa schodki górne. Ponadto, na pozostalych trzech scianach basenu przebiega uskok, który tworzy na krótszej scianie pólke usytuowana naprzeciw schodków. Wokól górnej krawedzi zewnetrznej basenu przebiega waski kolnierz. Dlugosc basenu jest okolo dwa i pól razy wieksza od jego szerokosci i jest 4,9 razy wieksza od jego glebokosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.3.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 PLThe industrial design is for a swimming pool. The design's novelty and unique character are reflected in the pool's shape. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the swimming pool, Fig. 2 shows a top view of the swimming pool, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the swimming pool from the steps. This industrial-style swimming pool, 7.60m long and 3.05m wide, has the following significant features: from above, it has a rectangular outline, with two corners rounded by arches, and each corner of the second pair has a wavy outline, connected by an arched edge. The shorter wall of the pool, located between the wavy corners, features seven steps, each with an arched edge, arranged in sequential groups: two lower steps, three middle steps, and two upper steps. Furthermore, the remaining three pool walls feature a step, creating a shelf on the shorter wall opposite the steps. A narrow flange runs around the upper outer edge of the pool.
