Basen kapielowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest basen kapielowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu basenu kapielowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia basen kapielowy w widoku perspektywicznym. Basen kapielowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, o dlugosci 4,80m i szerokosci 2,50m, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry ma zarys owalu, przy czym przy jednym lukowatym boku usytuowane sa cztery schodki, których krawedzie sa lukowate i które ulozone sa jeden nad drugim. Ponadto, na pozostalych trzech scianach basenu przebiega uskok odchodzacy od drugiego górnego schodka. Wokól górnej krawedzi zewnetrznej basenu przebiega waski kolnierz. Dlugosc basenu jest okolo dwa razy wieksza od jego szerokosci i jest 4 razy wieksza od jego glebokosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l.FIG.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a swimming pool. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the swimming pool. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the swimming pool. The swimming pool according to the industrial design, 4.80 m long and 2.50 m wide, has the following significant features: when viewed from above, it has an oval outline, with four steps located on one arched side, the edges of which are arched and arranged one above the other. Furthermore, the remaining three walls of the pool have a setback extending from the second upper step. A narrow flange runs around the upper outer edge of the pool.
