Basen kapielowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest basen kapielowy. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu basenu kapielowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia basen kapielowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- basen kapielowy w widoku z góry, a fig.3- basen kapielowy w widoku z boku od strony schodków. Basen kapielowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, o dlugosci 7m i szerokosci 3,15m, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata, którego dwa naroza sa lukowato zaokraglone, a kazde naroze z drugiej pary narozy ma zarys falisty, przy czym na krótszej scianie basenu, polozonej pomiedzy falistymi narozami, usytuowanych jest siedem schodków, których krawedzie sa lukowate i które ulozone sa kolejno w grupach : cztery schodki lewe, dwa schodki prawe i jeden schodek górny srodkowy. Ponadto, na pozostalych trzech scianach basenu przebiega uskok, który tworzy na krótszej scianie pólke usytuowana naprzeciw schodków. Wokól górnej krawedzi zewnetrznej basenu przebiega waski kolnierz. Dlugosc basenu jest okolo 2,2 razy wieksza od jego szerokosci i 4,5 razy wieksza od jego glebokosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.3.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 PLThe industrial design is for a swimming pool. This industrial-style swimming pool, 7 meters long and 3.15 meters wide, has the following significant features: from above, it has a rectangular outline, with two corners rounded by arches, and each corner of the second pair has a wavy outline. The shorter wall of the pool, located between the wavy corners, features seven steps with arched edges arranged in sequential groups: four left steps, two right steps, and one upper middle step. Furthermore, the remaining three pool walls feature a step, creating a shelf on the shorter wall opposite the steps. A narrow flange runs around the upper outer edge of the pool.
