Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie czekoladki, ukladzie wytloczonych elementów i napisów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czekoladke w widoku perspektywicznym. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 czekoladka ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlo- sciennej z zaokraglona górna jej krawedzia, o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata z zaokraglonymi jej narozami, przy czym jeden dluzszy bok tego prostokata jest wypukly, a drugi wklesly. Na górnej scia- nie czekoladki znajduje sie usytuowane lukowo, wytloczone slowo „Wawel", a nad nim wytloczony element graficzny skladajacy sie z kola i usytuowanych po obu jego stronach dwóch elementów pól- ksiezycowych róznej wielkosci, natomiast pod slowem „Wawel" usytuowane sa trzy elementy graficz- ne, z których prawy skrajny element jest identyczny jak element usytuowany nad slowem „Wawel", natomiast element srodkowy stanowia umieszczone obok siebie dwa kola o róznej ich wielkosci, zas lewy skrajny element stanowia równiez dwa kola o róznej wielkosci oraz pólksiezyc otaczajacy wiek- sze kolo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Czekoladka pokazana na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: – ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlosciennej z zaokraglona górna jej krawedzia, o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata z zaokraglonymi jej narozami, przy czym jeden dluzszy bok tego prostokata jest wypukly, a drugi wklesly; – na górnej scianie czekoladki znajduje sie usytuowane lukowo, wytloczone slowo „Wa- wel", a nad nim wytloczony element graficzny skladajacy sie z kola i usytuowanych po obu jego stronach dwóch elementów pólksiezycowych róznej wielkosci, natomiast pod slowem „Wawel" usytuowane sa trzy elementy graficzne, z których prawy skrajny ele- ment jest identyczny jak element usytuowany nad slowem „Wawel", natomiast element srodkowy stanowia umieszczone obok siebie dwa kola o róznej ich wielkosci, zas lewy skrajny element stanowia równiez dwa kola o róznej wielkosci oraz pólksiezyc otacza- jacy wieksze kolo. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the chocolate, the arrangement of embossed elements, and the inscriptions. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the chocolate in a perspective view. As shown in Fig. 1, the chocolate has the shape of a cuboid with a rounded upper edge, a base resembling a rectangle with rounded corners, with one longer side of the rectangle being convex and the other concave. On the upper side of the chocolate there is an embossed, arched word "Wawel", and above it there is an embossed graphic element consisting of a circle and two crescent-shaped elements of different sizes placed on both sides of it, while under the word "Wawel" there are three graphic elements, of which the rightmost element is identical to the element placed above the word "Wawel", while the middle element consists of two circles of different sizes placed next to each other, while the leftmost element also consists of two circles of different sizes and a crescent moon surrounding a larger circle.
