Abstract
Funksjonell fiber, fremstillingsmetode derav og tekstil fra disse. Fremstillingsmetoden omfatter følgende trinn: valsing og oppmaling av et antall første polyolefinchip, overføre konstant termoplastisk elastomer (TPE) og et antall funksjonelle partikler i et antall masterbatcher i en dobbelt-skrue ekstruderingsenhet; smelting og blanding av de flertalls funksjonelle masterbatcher og et flertalls andre polyolefinchip som er like som de første polyolefinchip til et komposittmateriale, hvor det endelige innhold av de flertalls funksjonelle partikler er 1-10 vekt% basert på vekten til komposittmaterialet; for å gi fibere med komposittmateriale ved spinning, avkjøling, varmestrekking og varmebehandling. Fiberne kan fremstilles som tekstiler. Fibere og tekstiler har funksjonen av deodorisering, antibiose, er meldugg-sikre eller genererer negative ioner og videre forbedrer filtreringseffekt i luften.
