本发明公开了一种抗菌纺织面料及其制备方法,包括表层、里层和置于外层与里层之间的纳米抗菌纤维层,里层由蚕丝纤维和冰丝混纺成制成,使得里层质地柔软而且具有良好的透气性能,保障了面料的透气性和舒适型,外层由聚酯纤维、氨纶弹性纤维丝、棉纤维、间位芳纶纤维、巴百纱纤维、植物炭纤维制成,即植物炭纤维采用木质素纤维与竹纤维作为原料,木质素纤维对人体无害,有良好的韧性、分散性和化学稳定性,吸水能力强,有非常优秀的增稠抗裂性能,极大的提高了该纳米抗菌面料的耐磨性能,中间层纳米抗菌纤维层在制备过程中浸入由聚氨酯、银离子溶液、分散剂、柔软剂和粘合剂制成的抗菌整理剂溶液,使得纳米抗菌面料的抗菌处理效果显著提升。

目前,市面上的纤维面料能够通过将抗菌整理剂与纱线进行混合或共混纺纱的方式与织物整合,使织物具有抗菌的作用,但是现有的抗菌织物由于抗菌剂容易从面料表面溶出,使得面料的抗菌效果逐渐变差,尤其随着水洗次数的增加,使得这些纤维面料的抗菌效果迅速衰退或失效,从而影响抗菌纤维面料的使用效果与工作寿命,同时现有的纳米抗菌面料在制备过程中对于基布的处理需要用水多次冲洗,且多次冲洗完成后再晾晾干,不仅使纳米抗菌面料的制造效率低,且费时费力,自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌纺织面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗菌纺织面料,包括表层、里层和置于外层与里层之间的纳米抗菌纤维层;
该纳米抗菌面料的制备包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将蚕丝纤维和冰丝通过纺织机进行混合纺织,且纺织过程中控制经向间距为0.4厘米,纬向间距为0.6厘米,制得经纱密度为130根/厘米,纬纱密度为110根/厘米的透气面料层,从而得到里层,备用;
步骤二:将聚酯纤维、氨纶弹性纤维丝、棉纤维、间位芳纶纤维、巴百纱纤维、植物炭纤维先进行初步松解获得混合均匀的纤维,再进行精开松,并对多种原料纤维进行梳理,形成单层纤维网,将单层纤维网通过铺网机织成多层纤维网,多层纤维网通过缝制制成外层,备用;
步骤三:将棉纤维、纳米复合聚酯纤维经6-8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经丝,将竹纤维、艾叶纤维、亚麻纤维、海藻碳纤维经5-7个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬丝,并在喷气织机上采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法织造成基布,并将基布置于抗菌整理液中浸泡120分钟,取出后阴凉晾干,将晾干后的基布收卷在放卷辊上,将放卷辊放置在收放台上,使基布在电机四的驱动下进入清洗架,通过清洗架内部的清洗腔一和清洗腔二实现对基布的多次清洗和挤出基布内的水,并将挤干后的基布导入U型改向架,通过U型改向架的改向作用使清洗后的基布导入干燥架,干燥架内部通过加热管和热气流实现对基布的干燥,并将干燥后的基布经导向辊二传送到收卷辊,从而得到纳米抗菌纤维层,备用;
步骤四:将里层和外层通过高温辊碾压使里层和外层的背离纳米抗菌纤维层的一面光滑,并将处理后的里层和外层通过70℃-80℃高温预处理,得到尺寸稳定的里层和外层;
步骤五:将步骤三中得到的纳米抗菌纤维层与步骤四中得到的里层和外层进行混合编织,即纳米抗菌纤维层位于里层和外层的中间位置且同里层和外层的粗糙面相连,从而得到该纳米抗菌面料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤三中所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份原料:聚氨酯25份、银离子溶液25份、分散剂10份、粘合剂12份、柔软剂14份;
该抗菌整理液的制备是将聚氨酯、银离子溶液、分散剂、柔软剂和粘合剂均加入到反应釜中,边加热边搅拌,并温度保持在220℃,制得抗菌整理液,
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外层的各原料重量份为:聚酯纤维30-40份、氨纶弹性纤维丝15-20份、棉纤维10-15份、间位芳纶纤维10-15份、巴百纱纤维15-20份、植物炭纤维10-15份;
所述纳米抗菌纤维层的各原料重量份为:棉纤维20-30份、纳米复合聚酯纤维15-20份、竹纤维10-15份、艾叶纤维10-15份、亚麻纤维5-10份、海藻碳纤维5-10份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤一中所述蚕丝纤维和冰丝的重量份比为3:1。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:步骤三中所述清洗架和收放台在水平方向上并列设置,所述清洗架顶部纵向两侧设置有侧板,且在两侧的侧板所形成的区域内设置有清洗腔一和清洗腔二,所述清洗腔一与清洗腔二的正上方设置有冲洗架,所述冲洗架呈倒置的U型结构,所述冲洗架倒扣在清洗架两侧的侧板上,所述冲洗架的正上方固定设置有干燥架,所述干燥架通过底面上的四个支架固定设置在冲洗架的顶面上;
所述清洗架内部且位于清洗腔一和清洗腔二的下方设置有集水槽,所述清洗架远离收放台的一侧设置有U型改向架,所述U型改向架固定设置在侧板的端面上;
所述U型改向架的内部改向辊一和改向辊二,所述改向辊一与改向辊二所连接的转轴一端贯穿U型改向架设置在防护框二的内部,且位于防护框二内部的两个转轴上分别设置有皮带轮,且两个皮带轮之间通过皮带二连接,所述防护框二的正面上设置有电机六,所述电机六的输出轴贯穿防护框二同改向辊二所连接的转轴端面固定连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述清洗腔一与清洗腔二的结构完全一致,清洗腔一包括挤压辊一、挤压辊二、导向辊一和防护框一,所述清洗架两侧的侧板位于清洗腔一的一侧在竖直方向上开设有条形槽,所述条形槽的两侧分别竖直设置有条形块,且在条形槽两侧的条形块底部固定设置有固定块,所述侧板两侧的固定块上转动连接有挤压辊二,所述挤压辊二的一端同电机二的输出端固定连接,所述条形槽两侧的条形块中上部滑动连接有移动块,所述侧板两侧的移动块上转动连接有挤压辊一,所述挤压辊一的一端同电机一的输出端固定连接;
所述侧板的外侧面上位于条形槽的顶部水平设置有连接块,所述连接块上通过螺纹连接有推动杆,所述推动杆的末端同移动块的顶面连接;
所述清洗架两侧的侧板位于清洗腔一的另一侧设置有导向辊一,所述导向辊一与挤压辊二中间位置并排设置在拨动辊一和拨动辊二,所述拨动辊一与拨动辊二的表面上设置有若干杆拨动杆,所述拨动辊一与拨动辊二所连接的转轴一端贯穿侧板设置在防护框一的内部,且位于防护框一内部的两个转轴上分别设置有皮带轮,且两个皮带轮之间通过皮带一连接,所述防护框一的正面上设置有电机三,所述电机三的输出轴贯穿防护框一同拨动辊二所连接的转轴端面固定连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述冲洗架的内部且位于清洗腔一和清洗腔二的上方设置有冲洗机构一和冲洗机构二,所述冲洗机构一与冲洗机构二的结构完全一致,所述冲洗机构一包括支撑板,所述支撑板设置在冲洗架的内部,所述支撑板的板面上固定设置有水箱,所述支撑板的底盘上平铺有若干根输水管道,且在输水管道的底面上等距设置有若干个冲洗管,所述冲洗架的外部顶面上且位于支撑板的纵向两侧固定设置有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆贯穿冲洗架的顶面同支撑板的固定连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述干燥架为两端无盖空腔长方体结构,所述干燥架的外部顶面上固定设置有热风机,所述干燥架内部顶面上沿水平方向平铺有若干个出风管,所述出风管同热风机连接,且在出风管的底面上开设有若干个出风口,所述干燥架的内部底部位置沿水平方向设置有若干个加热管,所述干燥架的内部两端分别设置有导向辊三。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述收放台的台面一侧固定设置有立板,所述立板上设置有放卷辊和收卷辊,所述放卷辊所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板同电机四输出端连接,所述收卷辊所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板同电机五输出端连接,所述放卷辊的下方设置有支撑台一,收卷辊的下方设置有支撑台二,所述收放台的台面上开设有滑槽,所述支撑台一与支撑台二的底部设置有与滑槽相适配的滑块,所述支撑台一与支撑台二通过滑块滑动连接在收放台的滑槽内;
所述支撑台一的台面上开设有供放卷辊架设的弧形槽,所述支撑台二的台面上开设有供收卷辊架设的弧形槽;
所述立板的顶部位置处设置有导向辊二。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:一种抗菌纺织面料的制备方法,该制备方法的具体步骤为:
步骤一:将里层和外层通过高温辊碾压使里层和外层的背离纳米抗菌纤维层的一面光滑,并将处理后的里层和外层通过70℃-80℃高温预处理,得到尺寸稳定的里层和外层;
步骤二:将纳米抗菌纤维层与步骤一中得到的里层和外层进行混合编织,即纳米抗菌纤维层位于里层和外层的中间位置且同里层和外层的粗糙面相连,从而得到该纳米抗菌面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的纳米抗菌面料采用三层结构,里层由蚕丝纤维和冰丝混纺成制成,使得里层质地柔软而且具有良好的透气性能,保障了面料的透气性和舒适型,外层由聚酯纤维、氨纶弹性纤维丝、棉纤维、间位芳纶纤维、巴百纱纤维、植物炭纤维制成,即植物炭纤维采用木质素纤维与竹纤维作为原料,木质素纤维对人体无害,属绿色环保产品,纤维微观结构是带状弯曲的,凹凸不平的,多孔的,交叉处是扁平的,有良好的韧性、分散性和化学稳定性,吸水能力强,有非常优秀的增稠抗裂性能,极大的提高了该纳米抗菌面料的耐磨性能,中间层纳米抗菌纤维层在制备过程中浸入由聚氨酯、银离子溶液、分散剂、柔软剂和粘合剂制成的抗菌整理剂溶液,即通过银离子溶液与载体复合浸入纤维内部,提高了纳米抗菌纤维层的抗菌性能,使得纳米抗菌面料的抗菌处理效果显著提升;
2、本发明在纳米抗菌纤维层在制备过程中将基布收卷在放卷辊上,将放卷辊放置在收放台上,使基布在电机四的驱动下进入清洗架,通过清洗架内部的清洗腔一和清洗腔二实现对基布的多次清洗和挤出基布内的水,并将挤干后的基布导入U型改向架,通过U型改向架的改向作用使清洗后的基布导入干燥架,干燥架内部通过加热管和热气流实现对基布的干燥,并将干燥后的基布经导向辊二传送到收卷辊,从而得到纳米抗菌纤维层,使基布在制备过程中摒弃了传统的人工多次手洗和晾干,即通过清洗架内部的清洗腔一和清洗腔二实现对基布的清洗-挤干-再清洗-再挤干等步骤,使基布的清洗更加方便,同时将清洗后的基布导入干燥架进行干燥,并将干燥后的基布通过收卷辊进行收卷,本发明在基布的加工过程中集清洗与干燥一体,自动化程度高,极大的提高了纳米抗菌面料的制备效率。

该抗菌整理液的制备是将聚氨酯、银离子溶液、分散剂、柔软剂和粘合剂均加入到反应釜中,边加热边搅拌,并温度保持在220℃,制得抗菌整理液。
所述外层的各原料重量份为:聚酯纤维35份、氨纶弹性纤维丝17.5份、棉纤维12.5份、间位芳纶纤维12.5份、巴百纱纤维12.5份、植物炭纤维12.5份;
所述纳米抗菌纤维层的各原料重量份为:棉纤维25份、纳米复合聚酯纤维17.5份、竹纤维12.5份、艾叶纤维12.5份、亚麻纤维7.5份、海藻碳纤维7.5份。
步骤一中所述蚕丝纤维和冰丝的重量份比为3:1。

所述干燥架7为两端无盖空腔长方体结构,所述干燥架7的外部顶面上固定设置有热风机701,所述干燥架7内部顶面上沿水平方向平铺有若干个出风管702,所述出风管702同热风机701连接,且在出风管702的底面上开设有若干个出风口7021,所述干燥架7的内部底部位置沿水平方向设置有若干个加热管703,所述干燥架7的内部两端分别设置有导向辊三704,通过热风流对基布表面处理,加热管703对基布底面进行处理,实现基布两面同时干燥,使基布干燥效率更高更快。
所述收放台4的台面一侧固定设置有立板401,所述立板401上设置有放卷辊402和收卷辊403,所述放卷辊402所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板401同电机四4021输出端连接,所述收卷辊403所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板401同电机五4031输出端连接,所述放卷辊402的下方设置有支撑台一404,收卷辊403的下方设置有支撑台二4041,所述收放台4的台面上开设有滑槽405,所述支撑台一404与支撑台二4041的底部设置有与滑槽405相适配的滑块,所述支撑台一404与支撑台二4041通过滑块滑动连接在收放台4的滑槽405内,所述支撑台一404的台面上开设有供放卷辊402架设的弧形槽,所述支撑台二4041的台面上开设有供收卷辊403架设的弧形槽,通过支撑台一404和支撑台二4041使放卷辊402和收卷辊403在收放台4上的架设更加稳定,便于放卷辊402和收卷辊403在收放台4上的拆装。
所述立板401的顶部位置处设置有导向辊二406,便于收卷辊403收卷过程中对基布的张紧。
该清洗架的工作原理:将放卷辊402放置在收放台4上,使基布在电机四4021的驱动下进入清洗架1,通过气缸603驱动活塞杆推动支撑板601向下移动,使冲洗管602对基布的表面进行冲洗,即实现清洗架1内部的清洗腔一2和清洗腔二3实现对基布的多次清洗,且在清洗腔一2和清洗腔二3的清洗过程中,通过转动推动杆207,调整移动块202在条形块201上的高度,实现对挤压辊一203和挤压辊二205间距的调整,使清洗腔一2内清洗的基布在传送过程中,将基布中所含水分挤出,即前一次的清洗不会对后一次清洗造成干扰,使基布清洗更加干净,并将清洗挤干后的基布导入U型改向架5,通过U型改向架5的改向作用使清洗后的基布导入干燥架7,干燥架7内部通过加热管703和热气流实现对基布的干燥,并将干燥后的基布经导向辊二406传送到收卷辊403,从而得到纳米抗菌纤维层。

步骤四:将里层和外层通过高温辊碾压使里层和外层的背离纳米抗菌纤维层的一面光滑,并将处理后的里层和外层通过70℃-80℃高温预处理,得到尺寸稳定的里层和外层;
步骤五:将步骤三中得到的纳米抗菌纤维层与步骤四中得到的里层和外层进行混合编织,即纳米抗菌纤维层位于里层和外层的中间位置且同里层和外层的粗糙面相连,从而得到该纳米抗菌面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,步骤三中所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份原料:聚氨酯25份、银离子溶液25份、分散剂10份、粘合剂12份、柔软剂14份;
该抗菌整理液的制备是将聚氨酯、银离子溶液、分散剂、柔软剂和粘合剂均加入到反应釜中,边加热边搅拌,并温度保持在220℃,制得抗菌整理液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,所述外层的各原料重量份为:聚酯纤维30-40份、氨纶弹性纤维丝15-20份、棉纤维10-15份、间位芳纶纤维10-15份、巴百纱纤维15-20份、植物炭纤维10-15份;
所述纳米抗菌纤维层的各原料重量份为:棉纤维20-30份、纳米复合聚酯纤维15-20份、竹纤维10-15份、艾叶纤维10-15份、亚麻纤维5-10份、海藻碳纤维5-10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,步骤一中所述蚕丝纤维和冰丝的重量份比为3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,步骤三中所述清洗架(1)和收放台(4)在水平方向上并列设置,所述清洗架(1)顶部纵向两侧设置有侧板(101),且在两侧的侧板(101)所形成的区域内设置有清洗腔一(2)和清洗腔二(3),所述清洗腔一(2)与清洗腔二(3)的正上方设置有冲洗架(6),所述冲洗架(6)呈倒置的U型结构,所述冲洗架(6)倒扣在清洗架(1)两侧的侧板(101)上,所述冲洗架(6)的正上方固定设置有干燥架(7),所述干燥架(7)通过底面上的四个支架固定设置在冲洗架(6)的顶面上;
所述清洗架(1)内部且位于清洗腔一(2)和清洗腔二(3)的下方设置有集水槽(102),所述清洗架(1)远离收放台(4)的一侧设置有U型改向架(5),所述U型改向架(5)固定设置在侧板(101)的端面上;
所述U型改向架(5)的内部改向辊一(503)和改向辊二(504),所述改向辊一(503)与改向辊二(504)所连接的转轴一端贯穿U型改向架(5)设置在防护框二(501)的内部,且位于防护框二(501)内部的两个转轴上分别设置有皮带轮,且两个皮带轮之间通过皮带二(505)连接,所述防护框二(501)的正面上设置有电机六(502),所述电机六(502)的输出轴贯穿防护框二(501)同改向辊二(504)所连接的转轴端面固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,所述清洗腔一(2)与清洗腔二(3)的结构完全一致,清洗腔一(2)包括挤压辊一(203)、挤压辊二(205)、导向辊一(211)和防护框一(212),所述清洗架(1)两侧的侧板(101)位于清洗腔一(2)的一侧在竖直方向上开设有条形槽(208),所述条形槽(208)的两侧分别竖直设置有条形块(201),且在条形槽(208)两侧的条形块(201)底部固定设置有固定块(204),所述侧板(101)两侧的固定块(204)上转动连接有挤压辊二(205),所述挤压辊二(205)的一端同电机二(210)的输出端固定连接,所述条形槽(208)两侧的条形块(201)中上部滑动连接有移动块(202),所述侧板(101)两侧的移动块(202)上转动连接有挤压辊一(203),所述挤压辊一(203)的一端同电机一(209)的输出端固定连接;
所述侧板(101)的外侧面上位于条形槽(208)的顶部水平设置有连接块(206),所述连接块(206)上通过螺纹连接有推动杆(207),所述推动杆(207)的末端同移动块(202)的顶面连接;
所述清洗架(1)两侧的侧板(101)位于清洗腔一(2)的另一侧设置有导向辊一(211),所述导向辊一(211)与挤压辊二(205)中间位置并排设置在拨动辊一(215)和拨动辊二(216),所述拨动辊一(215)与拨动辊二(216)的表面上设置有若干杆拨动杆(217),所述拨动辊一(215)与拨动辊二(216)所连接的转轴一端贯穿侧板(101)设置在防护框一(212)的内部,且位于防护框一(212)内部的两个转轴上分别设置有皮带轮,且两个皮带轮之间通过皮带一(214)连接,所述防护框一(212)的正面上设置有电机三(213),所述电机三(213)的输出轴贯穿防护框一(212)同拨动辊二(216)所连接的转轴端面固定连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,所述冲洗架(6)的内部且位于清洗腔一(2)和清洗腔二(3)的上方设置有冲洗机构一和冲洗机构二,所述冲洗机构一与冲洗机构二的结构完全一致,所述冲洗机构一包括支撑板(601),所述支撑板(601)设置在冲洗架(6)的内部,所述支撑板(601)的板面上固定设置有水箱(605),所述支撑板(601)的底盘上平铺有若干根输水管道(604),且在输水管道(604)的底面上等距设置有若干个冲洗管(602),所述冲洗架(6)的外部顶面上且位于支撑板(601)的纵向两侧固定设置有气缸(603),所述气缸(603)的活塞杆贯穿冲洗架(6)的顶面同支撑板(601)的固定连接。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,所述干燥架(7)为两端无盖空腔长方体结构,所述干燥架(7)的外部顶面上固定设置有热风机(701),所述干燥架(7)内部顶面上沿水平方向平铺有若干个出风管(702),所述出风管(702)同热风机(701)连接,且在出风管(702)的底面上开设有若干个出风口(7021),所述干燥架(7)的内部底部位置沿水平方向设置有若干个加热管(703),所述干燥架(7)的内部两端分别设置有导向辊三(704)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌纺织面料,其特征在于,所述收放台(4)的台面一侧固定设置有立板(401),所述立板(401)上设置有放卷辊(402)和收卷辊(403),所述放卷辊(402)所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板(401)同电机四(4021)输出端连接,所述收卷辊(403)所连接的转轴一端贯穿立板(401)同电机五(4031)输出端连接,所述放卷辊(402)的下方设置有支撑台一(404),收卷辊(403)的下方设置有支撑台二(4041),所述收放台(4)的台面上开设有滑槽(405),所述支撑台一(404)与支撑台二(4041)的底部设置有与滑槽(405)相适配的滑块,所述支撑台一(404)与支撑台二(4041)通过滑块滑动连接在收放台(4)的滑槽(405)内;
所述支撑台一(404)的台面上开设有供放卷辊(402)架设的弧形槽,所述支撑台二(4041)的台面上开设有供收卷辊(403)架设的弧形槽;
所述立板(401)的顶部位置处设置有导向辊二(406)。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的纳米抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法的具体步骤为:
步骤一:将里层和外层通过高温辊碾压使里层和外层的背离纳米抗菌纤维层的一面光滑,并将处理后的里层和外层通过70℃-80℃高温预处理,得到尺寸稳定的里层和外层;
步骤二:将纳米抗菌纤维层与步骤一中得到的里层和外层进行混合编织,即纳米抗菌纤维层位于里层和外层的中间位置且同里层和外层的粗糙面相连,从而得到该纳米抗菌面料。
