Abstract

Oppfinnelsen er en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av celledelte plater (1), en celledelt plate, en fremgangsmåte for å produsere et celledelt plateelement av stålplatebånd, og en produksjonslinje. En celledelt plate (1) ifølge oppfinnelsen omfatter et antall opprinnelig separate profiler (4,6) av plateliknende materiale som har blitt festet til hverandre. En enkelt profil er ment å fonne i en ferdiggjort celleplate, et vesentlig plant første overflatefremspring (6, 6'), et vesentlig plant andre overflatefremspring (6", 6'''), en kjerne (4, 4') som er anordnet for å kople sammen det første og andre overflatefremspring. I den celledelte plate (1) blir profilene festet til hverandre slik at de første overflatefremspring (6, 6') i nærliggende lameller er anbrakt side om side og således fonner en første overflateplate (2) av den celledelte plate, idet de andre overflatefremspring (6 ", 6'''. ) er anbrakt side om side og således danner en andre overflateplate (3) av den cellefonnede plate, idet profilkjerne (4, 4') danner kjernestrukturen av den celledelte plate.
