Abstract
Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av tri- og tetraoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDMEn^) ved omsetning av formaldehyd med metanol fulgt av destillativ opparbeidelse av reaksjonsblandingen med de følgende trinn: a) tilførsel av vandig formaldehydløsning og metanol til en reaktor og omsetning; b) tilførsel av reaksjonsblandingen a til en reaktiv fordamper og separasjon til en lavtkokende fraksjon bl som inneholder formaldehyd, vann, metanol, metylenglykol, polyoksymetylenglykoler, hemiformaler, metylal og polyoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDME) og en høytkokende fraksjon b2 og resirkulering av den høytkokende fraksjonen b2 til reaktoren (trinn a)); c) tilførsel av den lavtkokende fraksjonen bl til en første destillasjonskolonne og separasjon til en lavtkokende fraksjon cl som inneholder formaldehyd, vann, metylenglykol, metanol, hemiformaler, metylal, di-, tri- og tetraoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDME,,) og en høytkokende fraksjon c2 og resirkulering av den høytkokende fraksjonen c2 til den reaktive fordamperen (trinn b)); d) tilførsel av den lavtkokende fraksjonen cl til en andre destillasjonskolonne og separasjon til en lavtkokende fraksjon dl og en høytkokende fraksjon d2 av formaldehyd, vann, metylenglykol, polyoksymetylenglykoler, tri- og tetraoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDME); e) tilførsel av den høytkokende fraksjonen d2 til et faseseparasjonsapparat og separasjon i en vandig fase el av formaldehyd, vann, metylenglykol og polyoksymetylenglykoler og en organisk fase e2 som inneholder tri-og tetraoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDME); f) tilførsel av den organiske fasen e2 til en tredje destillasjonskolonne og separasjon til en lavtkokende fraksjon fl av formaldehyd, vann, metylenglykol og polyoksymetylenglykoler og en høytkokende fraksjon f2 av tri- og tetraoksymetylenglykoldimetyleter (POMDME„=,).
