Abstract
Det er tilveiebrakt et syntetisk, antibakterielt kinolon-middel og et terapeutisk middel mot en infeksjon, som har bredspektret og sterk antibakteriell virkning mot både gram-positive og gram-negative bakterier, og som er også er meget sikkert. Forbindelsen som er tilveiebrakt, er representert ved følgende formel (I): hvor R1 og R2 representerer et hydrogenatom eller lignende; R3 representerer en alkylgruppe som inneholder 1 til 6 karbonatomer, eller lignende; R4 og R5 representerer uavhengig av hverandre et hydrogenatom, en alkylgruppe som inneholder 1 til 6 karbonatomer, eller lignende, med det forbehold at R4 og R5 ikke samtidig representerer et hydrogenatom; eller substituentene R4 og R5 sammen representerer (a) en 3- til 6-leddet, cyklisk struktur som omfatter karbonatomet som er felles for R4 og R5, og danner en spirocyklisk struktur med pyrrolidinringen; R6 og R7 representerer uavhengig av hverandre et hydrogenatom, en alkylgruppe som inneholder 1 til 6 karbonatomer, eller lignende; R8 representerer en halogen-substituert alkylgruppe som inneholder 1 til 6 karbonatomer, eller lignende; X1 representerer et hydrogenatom eller et halogenatom; A representerer et nitrogenatom eller en gruppe som er representert ved formel (II):
