Abstract
Det er vist et bindingsbelegg som er dannet på en overflate av en base eller underbeleggingsfilm før dannelse av en organopolysiloksanbasert antibegroingsbelegningsfilm og som dannes fra en fuktherdende organopolysiloksanbasert sammensetning omfattende (b1) organopolysiloksan som har kondenserende funksjonelle grupper ved begge ender av et molekyl og/eller (b2) en herdende sammensetning dannet ved å utsette komponentene (b1) og et ekstenderpigment valgt fra gruppen bestående av silika, kalsiumkarbonat, talkum, glimmer, leire, kaolin og bariumsulfat for kontaktbehandling med oppvarming eller uten oppvarming. Det er også vist en komposittbelegningsfilm hvori på en overflate av overstående bindingsbelegg er dannet et avslutningsbelegg dannet fra en trepakket type organopolysiloksanbasert herdesammensetning omfattende (c1) et hovedmiddel omfattende komponenten (b1), (c2) en herdemiddelkomponent omfattende tetraalkoksysilikat eller dens kondensat og (c3) en herdeakseleratorkomponent omfattende en metallisk forbindelse. Det er videre vist en komposittbelegningsfilm, hvori et epoksybasert forseglingsbelegg, bindingsbelegget og avslutningsbelegget dannes i denne rekkefølgen på en overflate av en gammel antibegroingsbelegningsfilm (G). Det er tilveiebrakt ved oppfinnelsen et bindingsbelegg i stand til å danne en komposittbelegningsfilm som har utmerket interlaminær bindingsegenskap. Komposittbelegningsfilmen dannes gunstig på en overflate av en base, en underbeleggingsfilm, en gammel antibegroingsbelegningsfilm eller lignende, har utmerket interlaminær bindingsstyrke og antibegroingsegenskap og anvendes fortrinnsvis for belegging av ytre overflater av skip, nedsenkede deler av marine strukturer, vannforsyning/dreneringskanaler av atomkraftverk osv.
