Abstract

MÉTODO DE FORMAÇÃO DE UMA PELÍCULA DE TINTA EM MULTICAMADA E PELÍCULA DE TINTA. [Problema] Prover um método de formação de uma película de tinta em multicamada com o qual uma película de tinta em multicamada a qual satisfaz o desempenho de película de tinta, tal como resistência à água, resistência ao impacto e semelhantes, exigido de uma película de tinta de automóvel, e a qual possui excelente aparência de película de tinta é obtido mesmo no caso em que uma tinta de primeira base aquosa é revestida e uma película de tinta de primeira base é formada e então uma tinta de segunda base aquosa é revestida sobre a película de revestimento de primeira base acima mencionada sem realização de secagem preliminar. [Meio de Resolução] Um método de formação de uma película de tinta em multicamada no qual uma tinta de primeira base aquosa (A) é revestida sobre uma película de tinta eletrodepositada curada e uma película de tinta de primeira base é formada e então uma tinta de segunda base aquosa (B) é revestida sobre a película de tinta de primeira base acima mencionada sem realização de secagem preliminar por aquecimento após formar dita película de tinta de primeira base e uma película de tinta de segunda base é formada, secagem preliminar por aquecimento é realizada após dito processo de formação de película de tinta de segunda base, uma tinta clara de tipo líquido único (C) é revestida sobre a película de tinta de segunda base acima mencionada e uma película de tinta de revestimento clara é formada e estas três camadas de película de tinta são aquecidas e curadas ao mesmo tempo em que a tinta de primeira base acima mencionada (A) inclui resina de poliuretano solúvel em água ou dispersável em água (A1) de valor de ácido inferior a 15 mgKOH/g e valor do grupo hidroxil a partir de 10 a 100 mgKOH/g e óxido de titânio (A2) de área de superfície específica de não mais do que 13 m2/g, a resina de poliuretano solúvel em água ou dispersável em água acima mencionada (A1) inclui a partir de 4 a 15% em massa com respeito à fração sólida de resina da resina de poliuretano solúvel em água ou dispersável em água acima mencionada (A1) de pelo menos um de unidades de óxido de etileno e de unidades de óxido de propileno, e a relação de conteúdo de massa do óxido de titânio acima mencionado (A2) é de 40 a 60% de massa com respeito à fração sólida de tinta de tinta de primeira base aquosa acima mencionada (A).
