Abstract

Akseleratorsammensetning for anvendelse med sementholdige sprøytesammensetninger, som er en vandig oppløsning eller dispersjon av en blanding av de essensielle Komponenter 1-3: Komponent 1 - aluminiumsulfat, Komponent 2 - minst ett av et alkanolamin og et alkylendiamin eller -triamin, Komponent 3 - fluorsyre, eventuelt med minst en av Komponenter 4-7, med den betingelse at minst en av Komponent 4 eller Komponent 5 er tilstede, Komponent 4 - minst ett av natriumhydroksyd, kaliumhydroksyd, litiumhydroksyd, magnesiumhydroksyd, litiumkarbonat, natriumkarbonat, kaliumkarbonat, magnesiumkarbonat, natriumsulfat, kaliumsulfat, magnesiumsulfat og litiumsulfat, Komponent 5 - C1-C10 alifatiske mono- og dikarboksylsyrer og deres metallsalter, Komponent 6 - alumiumhydroksyd, Komponent 7 - minst en av fosforsyre og fosforsyrling. Akseleratorene har fremragende langvarig stabilitet og virker bra med "vanskelige" sementer, slik som enkelte Japanske OPC'er.
