Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår et polyvinylkloridpreparat ment for fremstilling av gjenstander og spesielt bygnings- og møbelmaterialer og profiler.
Det er kjent preparater som benyttes i bygnings- og møbel-industrien der de trefylte er de viktigste (se Anenkov V.F., "Drevensie polimernie materiali i technologuli ih poluchenia" M, 1947, Hrulev M.V. "Polyvinylchlorid, Izd. Tehnika", C, 1977 ) .
Det er kjent et polyvinylkloridpreparat som inneholder stabilisator, mykner, smøremiddel, pigment og tremel behandlet på forhånd med en vandig oppløsning av en resol fenol-formaldehydharpiks (se BG-PS 29 944). Behandlingen på forhånd består i knusing og tørking av tremelet, impregnering derav med en vandig oppløsning av resol fenol-formaldehydharpiks og en andre tørking ved en temperatur på 120°C. Mangelen ved de allerede kjente preparater er impregneringen av trefyllingen med en vandig oppløsning av harpiksen, noe som medfører en andre tørking. Hvis tørkingen er ukomplett i de ferdige artikler vil defekter komme til syne på grunn av gassutvikling under behandlingen av preparatet, noe som fører til en reduksjon av den fysikalsk-mekaniske styrke for artiklene.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse har til hensikt å tilveiebringe et polyvinylkloridpreparat som reduserer gassutviklingen, forbedrer utseendet av gjenstanden og bedrer deres fysikalsk-mekaniske egenskaper uten en annen tørking av satsen.
I henhold til dette angår foreliggende oppfinnelse et polyvinylkloridpreparat inneholdende 100 vektdeler polyvinyl-klorid, 1-12 vektdeler stabilisatorer, 1-75 vektdeler myknere, 1-5 vektdeler smøremidler, 1-15 vektdeler kalsiumkarbonat, 5-95 vektdeler tremel med en partikkelstørrelse på 5-1000 pm, fortrinnsvis 10-100 pm, og preparatet karak-teriseres ved at det i tillegg inneholder 0,05 til 25 vektdeler stivnet eller ikke-stivnet novolak fenol-formaldehydharpiks, eventuelt opp til 6 vektdeler formalin og opp til 5 vektdeler metallisk oksyd eller hydroksyd.
Polyvinylkloridpreparatene ifølge oppfinnelsen består som nevnt av 100 vektdeler polyvinylklorid, 1-12 vektdeler stabilisator, for eksempel blystabilisatorer: blysubfosfitt, blystearat og blyfosfat i et forhold på 3:0,6:1; eller kalsiumstabilisatorer: kalsiumstearat, kalsiumkarbonat; eller epoksyderte vegetabilske oljer; eller en kombinasjon av slike stabilisatorer), 1-5 vektdeler smøremidler (for eksempel en kombinasjon av 0,5-3 vektdeler stearin, 0,5-1,2 vektdeler alkylestere av dikarboksylsyrer og 1-2 vektdeler voks eller parafiner), 1-15 vektdeler kalsiumkarbonat, 0,5-5 vektdeler farvestoffer, mattingsadditiv, for eksempel 0,25-3 vektdeler titandioksyd, 1-75 vektdeler diisooktylftalat mykner, 5-95 vektdeler 100-500 pm tremel, 0,05-23,75 vektdeler fast eller ikke-fast novolak fenol-formaldehydharpiks (1-15 vekt-# i forhold til tremelet), og som herdner for harpiksen: opptil 6 vektdeler formalin (opptil 25$ beregnet på harpiksen) og opptil 5 vektdeler kalsiumoksyd, kalsiumhydroksyd eller magnesiumoksyd (opptil 20 vekt-# beregnet på harpiksen).
Fremgangsmåten for fremstillingen og behandlingen av preparatene omfatter standard teknologier og utstyr: blandingen av bestanddelene i en to-trinns lukket blander og ekstruderingen av preparatet til et arkmateriale, en profil, et rør eller en annen gjenstand.
Fordelene ved polyvinylkloridpreparatene ifølge oppfinnelsen er som følger: materialet er vannsikkert og fuktighetsmot-standsdyktig, lett bearbeidbart uten teknologiske vanskelig-heter på grunn av den lave viskositet av smeiten; det har et trelignende utseende uten defekter, kan hamres, spikres, limes ved hjelp av lim som brukes i møbelindustrien, stanses, farges som masse eller på overflaten og ferniseres. Materialet har høye styrkeindekser.
Det vesentlige ved oppfinnelsen vil fremgå av de følgende eksempler som er oppsummert i tabellene 1 og 2.
Fremstilling
I en to-trinns lukket blander ved en temperatur på 150" C blandes i 20 minutter tremelet og novolak fenol-formaldehyd-harpiksen, i de gitte tilfelle med kalsiumoksyd og formalin. I en to-trinns lukket blander med en temperatur på 120°C i 10 minutter blandes polyvinylklorid med de gjenværende be-standdeler av tørr polyvinylkloridblanding (i henhold til tabell 1) inkludert aktivert tremel. Den tørre blanding ekstruderes til ark ved en temperatur i de separate soner i sylinderen på fra 165 til 185° C og ved en temperatur i de separate soner i profilhodet fra 165 opp til 180°C.
Det oppnådde arkmateriale viser fysikalsk-mekaniske egenskaper som oppsummert i tabell 2.

- Polyvinylkloridpreparat inneholdende 100 vektdeler polyvinyl-klorid, 1-12 vektdeler staM1isatorer, 1-75 vektdeler myknere, 1-5 vektdeler smøremidler, 1-15 vektdeler kalsiumkarbonat s 5-95 vektdeler tremel med en partikkelstørrelse på 5-1000 pm, fortrinnsvis 10-100 pm, karakterisert ved at det i tillegg inneholder 0,05-25 vektdeler stivnet eller ikke-stiv.net novolak fenol-formal-dehydharplks, eventuelt opp til 6 vektdeler formalin og opp til 15 vektdeler metallisk oksyd eller hydrokr.yd.
