本发明公开了一种用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,所述的加工相熔剂包括以下组分及重量份:铅盐稳定剂3~4;硬脂酸0.3~2;石蜡0.2~2;氯化聚乙烯3.5~4.5;橡塑改性剂1.8~2.5;轻质碳酸钙40~60。本发明具有工艺简单、操作便捷、价格低廉的特点,可以广泛用于PVC木塑加工领域。

本发明涉及一种用于塑料的相熔剂,特别是涉及一种用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂。
技术背景
迄今为出,传统的用于聚氯乙烯木塑加工相熔剂的配方、生产出来的聚氯乙烯木塑脆性大、韧性和强度差,且生产成本较高,不能适应市场的需求,限制了其应用推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的缺陷,提供一种用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,使其具有工艺简单、操作便捷、价格低廉的特点。。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样的:
发明提供的一种用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,所述的加工相熔剂包括以下组分及重量份:铅盐稳定剂3~4;硬脂酸0.3~2;石蜡0.2~2;氯化聚乙烯3.5~4.5;橡塑改性剂1.8~2.5;轻质碳酸钙40~60。
在上述技术方案中,所述的加工相熔剂包括以下组分及重量份:铅盐稳定剂3.2~3.8;硬脂酸0.4~1.8;石蜡0.3~1.8;氯化聚乙烯3.6~4.2;橡塑改性剂2~2.4;轻质碳酸钙45~58。
在上述技术方案中,所述的加工相熔剂包括以下组分及重量份:铅盐稳定剂3.6;硬脂酸1.2石蜡0.8;氯化聚乙烯4.0;橡塑改性剂2.2;轻质碳酸钙50。
在上述技术方案中,所述的橡塑相熔剂是由乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物和铝酸脂偶联剂复合而成,其配比为乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物:铝酸脂偶联剂=1.5~2.5:0.05~0.1。
在上述技术方案中,所述的配比为乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物:铝酸脂偶联剂=2:0.07。
在上述技术方案中,所述的加工相熔剂组分还含有钛白粉0.5~1.5重量份。
在上述技术方案中,所述的加工相熔剂组分还含有增白剂0.01~0.02重量份。
本发明所述的用于聚氯乙烯木塑的加工相熔剂,具有以下有益效果构思新颖、工艺简单、操作便捷、价格低廉、无污染去掉传统的生产用于聚氯乙烯木塑相熔剂配方中的甲基丙烯酸·甲酯一丁二烯一苯乙烯共聚物,加入等量的橡塑相熔剂,不影响透明度,可以增加填充物的数量,有效降低生产聚氯乙烯木塑原辅料成本,提高木塑强度和韧性,提高产品的质量。本发明可以工业化批量生产,可以广泛的用于聚氯乙烯木塑的加工领域。
具体实施方式
对本发明所述的用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂结合具体实施例,对其技术方案详细叙述如下,但该实施方式不应理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
本发明所述的加工相熔剂按下列程序配制:
一、制取加工相熔剂各组分及重量份
1、橡塑改性剂的配制
取乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物1.5,铝酸脂偶联剂0.05,一起置入搅拌器内,在常温条件下搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可出料、备用。
2、各组分及重量份的配制:
铅盐稳定剂3、硬脂酸0.3、石蜡0.2、氯化聚乙烯3.5、橡塑改性剂1.8、轻质碳酸钙40、钛白粉0.5、增白剂0.01,备用。
二、所述加工相熔剂的配制
1、混料:将上述配置好的各组分重量份混合,一起投入捏合机中混合搅拌均匀,加温至135℃即可停止加温,备用;
2、卸料包装:将上述加工好的混料冷却至常温后即可卸料包装,即成品——所述的加工相熔剂。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于:
一、制取加工相熔剂各组分及重量份
1、橡塑改性剂的配制
取乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物2.5,铝酸脂偶联剂0.1,一起置入搅拌器内,在常温条件下搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可出料、备用。
2、各组分及重量份的配制:
铅盐稳定剂4、硬脂酸2、石蜡2、氯化聚乙烯4.5、橡塑改性剂2.5、轻质碳酸钙60、钛白粉1.5、增白剂0.02,备用。
二、所述加工相熔剂的配制
1、混料:将上述配置好的各组分重量份混合,一起投入捏合机中混合搅拌均匀,加温至140℃即可停止加温,备用。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于:

取乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物1.7,铝酸脂偶联剂0.06,一起置入搅拌器内,在常温条件下搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可出料、备用。

铅盐稳定剂3.2、硬脂酸0.4、石蜡0.3、氯化聚乙烯3.6、橡塑改性剂2、轻质碳酸钙45.、钛白粉0.7、增白剂0.013,备用。
二、所述加工相熔剂的配制
1、混料:将上述配置好的各组分重量份混合,一起投入捏合机中混合搅拌均匀,加温至137℃即可停止加温,备用。
实施例4:
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处在于:
一、制取加工相熔剂各组分及重量份
1、橡塑改性剂的配制
取乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物2.3,铝酸脂偶联剂0.08,一起置入搅拌器内,在常温条件下搅拌,搅拌均匀后即可出料、备用。
2、各组分及重量份的配制:
铅盐稳定剂3.8、硬脂酸1.8、石蜡1.8、氯化聚乙烯4.2、橡塑改性剂2.4、轻质碳酸钙58、钛白粉1.3、增白剂0.018,备用。
二、所述加工相熔剂的配制
1、混料:将上述配置好的各组分重量份混合,一起投入捏合机中混合搅拌均匀,加温至148℃即可停止加温,备用。

1.一种用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,其特征在于所述的加工相熔剂包括以下组分及重量份:铅盐稳定剂3.6;硬脂酸1.2;石蜡0.8;氯化聚乙烯4.0;橡塑改性剂2.2;轻质碳酸钙50;所述的橡塑改性剂是由乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物和铝酸脂偶联剂复合而成,所述复合而成是将乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物和铝酸酯偶联剂按一定配比一起置入搅拌器内,在常温条件下搅拌,搅拌均匀即可所述一定配比为乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物铝酸脂偶联剂=1.5~2.5 :0.05~0.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,其特征在于:所述的配比为乙烯·醋酸乙烯共聚物:铝酸脂偶联剂=2:0.07。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,其特征在于所述的加工相熔剂组分还含有钛白粉0.5~1.5重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于PVC木塑加工相熔剂,其特征在于所述的加工相熔剂组分还含有增白剂0.01~0.02重量份。
