N-GESUBSTITUEERDE CARBAMOYL-LACTAM VERBINDING
carbamoyl—lactam verbinding. I
Uit de literatuur zijn lactam verbindingen bekend. In het I
Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.922.254 is de imide-alkohol condensatie I
5 van een acyl-bislactam met een polyol beschreven. I
blok copolymeren. I
De ter inzage gelegde Europese octrooiaanvragen nr. 67693 en I
10 67694 beschrijven specifieke lactam verbindingen op basis van diverse I
soorten hydroxyl verbindingen» terwijl de Europese octrooiaanvragen I
tam. I
Het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3,366»608 beschrijft de reak- I
tie van een N, N’ dlacyl-bis caprolactam, zoals N,N’ sebacoyl-bis- I
20 caprolactam, een polyol en een basische katalysator. Daarbij verkrijgt I
men een nylon blokcopolymeer. I
De ter inzage gelegde Duitse octrooiaanvrage no. 2026672 I
De polyol bevattende I

In het geval I
dat men ten opzichte van de hoeveelheid hydroxylgroepen een ondermaat I
diisocyanaat toepast» bijvoorbeeld 3 diisocyanaat moleculen per 4 I
hydroxylgroepen, verkrijgt men een koppeling van enkele polyol- I

nylonblokcopolymeer. I
10 Deze werkwijze wordt gekenmerkt» doordat men een hierboven I
omschreven N-gesubstitueerde carbamoyl-lactam verbinding in gesmolten I
Dergelijke katalysa- I
15 carbamoyl-lactam verbinding. Voorbeelden daarvan zijn ondermeer I

chloride.

Deze I
Meer in het bijzonder past men 10-30 gew.Z carbamoyl lactam I
verbinding toe. I
Dit kan men doen I
N-gesubstitueerde carbamoyl-lactam verbindingen Voorbeeld I
