Abstract

La invencion se relaciona con Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJXSP 0201 KCCM 10448 que produce acido 5'-xantilico. Mas especificamente, la invencion se relaciona con Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJXSP 0201 KCCM 10448 que es una cepa mutante de Corynebacterium ammoniagenes KCCM 10340 que tiene una resistencia a la presion osmotica. A fin de obtener cepa mutante que tiene actividad respiratoria mejorada, la presente invencion adopto Corynebacterium ammoniagenes KCCM 10340 como cepa madre y la trato con radiacion UV y derivados de mutacion tales como N-metil-N'nitro-n-nitrosoguanidina (NTG) de conformidad con procedimiento ordinario. Por lo tanto, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJXSP 0201 KCCM 10448 de la presente invencion hace posible superar la fase de espera de crecimiento rapidamente en cultivo temprano y durante el mismo periodo de fermentacion puede acumular acido 5'-xantilico en medio de cultivo a un rendimiento y regimen de concentracion elevados.
