2次種培養:2次種培地を5L容量の実験用発酵槽に2Lずつ分株し、121℃で10分間加圧殺菌した後、冷却し、1次種培養の培養終了液50mLを接種し、空気を0.5vvmで供給しながら900rpm、31℃で24時間培養した。培養中のpHはアンモニア水溶液で7.3に調節した。

- 請求項1に記載のコリネバクテリウム・アンモニアゲネス CJXSP 0201(受託番号:KCCM-10448)を利用して5'-キサンチル酸を生産する方法。
