Abstract
En un método para insertar un elemento de perno (10), que tiene una porcion de cabeza (12) y una porcion de tallo (169, dentro de un componente (52) de lámina de metal, este elemento de perno pasa a través del componente de lámina de metal por medio de una cabeza (389 de ajuste, con su extremo(100) remoto de la porcion de cabeza en el frente, y se remacha al componente (52) de lámina de metal en la region de su porcion de cabeza (12) por la cooperacion de la cabeza de ajuste con un troquel (54), dispuesto en el costado del componente de lámina de metal, remoto de la cabeza (38) de ajuste. Este componente (52) de lámina de metal se perfora o por un punzon de agujero o por un elemento de perno (10), configurado especialmente, por el extremo de la porcion de tallo (16) remota de la porcion de cabeza (12) bajo la accion de la cabeza (38) de ajuste, para formar un collar de anillo, el cual se deforma subsecuentemente en forma radial, en contacto con una ranura en la porcion de tallo. En este arreglo, el extremo (100) del elemento de perno (10), el cual realiza el trabajo de perforacion, se ejecuta preferiblemente de acuerdo con la configuracion en Ka de la norma DIN 78.
