Abstract

Método y aparato para fabricar artículos de confitería congelados por moldeo que comprenden una cáscara o cubierta de chocolate y un relleno de una composicion congelada. El método comprende moldear las cáscaras con paredes delgadas de chocolate dosificando chocolate líquido dentro de los alveolos de moldes previamente enfriados, y luego succionar el chocolate todavía líquido que esté en el centro. El aparato comprende un dispositivo de succion que acompala a los moldes en un movimiento continuo de traslacion durante la fase de succion existiendo un movimiento combinado tanto recíproco como ascendente y descendente.
