Abstract
Un aparato de exhibicion de cristal líquido dirigido a plasma de conformidad con esta invencion, comprende una primera base que tiene primeros electrodos multiples colocados esencialmente en paralelo uno con respecto al otro sobre una superficie principal, una segunda base que tiene segundos electrodos multiples colocados esencialmente en paralelo uno con respecto al otro en el estado esencialmente perpendicular a los primeros electrodos sobre la superficie principal opuesta a los primeros electrodos sobre la primera base, una hoja dieléctrica que se proporciona entre la primera y segunda bases, una capa de cristal líquido que se proporciona entre la primera base y la hoja dieléctrica, una pluralidad de barreras formadas a lo largo de los segundos electrodos dentro de una cámara de descarga formado entre la segunda base y la hoja dieléctrica, y un miembro de sellado que se proporciona a manera de sellar la cámara de descarga. En el aparato de exhibicion de cristal líquido dirigido a plasma, la separacion entre las barrera colocada más proxima al miembro de sellado y el miembro de sellado se graduan a 1.8 milímetros o menos. De esta manera en el paso del proceso de evacuacion al vacío y el paso del proceso de inyeccion de gas del proceso de fabricacion para el aparato de exhibicion de cristal líquido dirigido a plasma, se puede evitar que la hoja dieléctrica se agriete o rompa.
