Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る表示装置1000の外観を示す概略斜視図である。ここで、図1(A)は、正面右上から表示装置1000を見た状態を示す概略斜視図である。また、図1(B)は、表示装置1000の背面、右上から表示装置1000を見た状態を示す斜視図である。また、図2は、正面左側から表示装置1000を見た状態を示す概略斜視図である。
図3は、アーム部200の構成を示す模式図である。図3に示すように、アーム部200には、その長手方向に沿って、側面に貫通する開口230が形成されており、中抜き構造とされている。そして、このような中抜き構造としたことにより、アーム部200は、上部に位置する第1アーム部210と、下部に位置する第2アーム部220とから構成されている。第1アーム部210及び第2アーム部220は、薄い平板状に構成され、開口230を間に介在して対向しており、第1アーム部210及び第2アーム部220の肉厚は最小限に抑えられている。
図6は、表示ディスプレイ部300の構成を示す模式図であって、表示ディスプレイ部300の分解斜視図を示している。図6に示すように、表示ディスプレイ部300は、ベズル310、有機ELパネル320、グラファイトシート330、ベースプレート340、T基板350、ヒンジ部360、リアカバー420、Tカバー430を有して構成されている。
図11は、表示装置1000を背面から見た状態を示す図であって、図10の状態からリアカバー420、ベズル310などの部材を取り外した状態を示している。また、図12は、ヒンジ部360の構成を示す斜視図である。
図16は、ロック位置規定板380の構成を示す模式図である。ロック位置規定板380は、板材をプレス加工することによって形成されている。図16に示すように、ロック位置規定板380には、カシメピン382が挿入される孔380a、係合軸368c,370cの先端の係合溝368f,370fと係合する突起部380b、及び第1ヒンジ板362、第2ヒンジ板364の回動ロック位置を規定する突起部380cが設けられている。
図19は、有機ELパネル320とT基板350を接続するフレキシブルプリント基板450,460と、有機ELパネル320とが接続された様子を示す模式図である。図19に示すように、有機ELパネル320の上端には、電源ラインが設けられたフレキシブルプリント基板450が接続されている。また、有機ELパネル320の下端には、信号ラインが設けられたフレキシブルプリント基板460が接続されている。フレキシブルプリント基板460には、ドライバIC470が実装されている。ドライバIC470は、有機ELパネル320の各有機EL素子を発光させるための制御信号を送るドライバICである。
T基板350には、有機ELパネル320と接続される電源ライン、信号ラインが設けられている。また、T基板350には、電子部品352が実装されている。本実施形態では、図11に示すように、ヒンジ部360の第1ヒンジ板362及び第2ヒンジ板364とベースプレート340との間にT基板350が配置されている。このため、回路の駆動によりT基板350または電子部品352で発生した熱は、熱伝導性の高い金属製の第1ヒンジ板362及び第2ヒンジ板364に伝熱して拡散される。従って、T基板350の熱を効率良く放熱することができる。第1ヒンジ板362及び第2ヒンジ板364に伝達された熱は、金属製のリアカバー420、Tカバー430を介して外部へ放出される。従って、T基板350の発熱により表示ディスプレイ部300が加熱してしまうことを確実に抑止できる。T基板350または電子部品352から第1ヒンジ板362及び第2ヒンジ板364への伝熱を効率良く行うために、熱伝導部材を介してT基板350または電子部品352と第1ヒンジ板362、第2ヒンジ板364を接触させても良い。

Claims (3)
- 表示画面が設けられた表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの背面において、前記表示パネルよりも狭い所定範囲に配置された回路基板と、
前記表示パネルの上端から下方向に延在し、前記回路基板に接続される第1のフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記表示パネルの下端から上方向に延在し、前記回路基板に接続される第2のフレキシブルプリント基板と、を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記表示パネルの背面の下部の領域に配置され、前記表示パネルの背面の下側半分以下の領域に配置され、
前記表示パネルの背面を覆い、前記回路基板に対応する位置に開口が設けられた第1のカバーと、
前記表示パネルの背面を覆い、前記回路基板の前記開口を覆う第2のカバーと、を備えることを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記第1のフレキシブルプリント基板は、前記表示パネルの上端において下方向に180°折り返されて配置され、前記第2のフレキシブルプリント基板は、前記表示パネルの下端において上方向に180°折り返されて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1のフレキシブルプリント基板は、前記表示パネルに電源ラインを接続し、前記第2のフレキシブルプリント基板は、前記表示パネルに信号ラインを接続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
