CONSTITUTION:A pair of glass substrates 1, 2 are arranged while facing each other through a discharge glass space 3. X-electrode group 4, dielectric material layer 5, Y-electrode group 6, dielectric material layer 7 and a surface insulator layer 8 are formed sequentially on the surface of the glass substrate 1 at the under side. Phosphor material layers 9 are formed on the inside face of the upper side glass substrate 2 at the viewing side in correspondence with each discharge point P1, P2 constituted with the electrode conductor pair 4, 6. A focusing lens 10 is arranged at the position corresponding with each phosphor material layer on the outside surface of the upper side glass substrate 2.
