Abstract
Un proceso para la produccion de una pasta de rápida coccion o una pasta de retorta que consiste en vaporizar una pasta cruda seca o humeda para dar una pasta vaporizada con la superficie gelatinizada, poner en contacto la pasta vaporizada con agua para dar una pasta humeda y entonces vaporizar la pasta humeda para dar una pasta parcialmente cocida. La pasta parcialmente cocida puede secarse y mezclarse con una cantidad apropiada de agua y salsa en un recipiente y la mezcla se esteriliza mientras se hace rotar el recipiente.
