Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso para fabricar un laminado de plástico conductor, transformable para utilizarse en la elaboración de partes de plástico adaptadas para pintar por aspersión electrostática de un acabado de pintura de alta calidad, uniforme que incluye formar una hoja vaciada recubierta con la liberación mate, vaciar un polímero eléctricamente conductor en forma de película delgada sobre la hoja vaciada, secar para formar un revestimiento de capa de imprimación conductora, y transferir por laminación el revestimiento conductor a una hoja de superficie de plástico termoformable delgada. El revestimiento de liberación mate tiene un material de relleno en partículas finas que transfiere una superficie mate microrrugosa al revestimiento de capa de imprimación conductor. La imprimación conductora incluye una resina de poliéster que contiene un material conductor en partículas, fino, tal como negro de carbón y de preferencia, un agente antibloqueo tal como sílice en vapor. La superficie de la hoja revestida con la capa de imprimación, puede ser termoformada y unida a un panel de sustrato de plástico subyacente. La capa de imprimación tiene suficiente alargamiento y mantiene la conductividad de la superficie eléctrica uniforme y el espesor de la película durante la transferencia de laminación, termoformación y proceso de revestir un panel de sustrato.
