Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a product capable of painting multicolor patterns and curved surfaces and excellent in light resistance by a method wherein a top coat layer is provided after heat copy painting is exerted on a heat adhesive primer layer fixed on to the surface of an aluminum product.
CONSTITUTION: After, for example, defatting treatment, sanding treatment and the like is made on the surface of an aluminum sheet 1 or the like, a primer consisting mainly of for example vinyl resin or the like is coated to form a heat adhesive primer layer. Then, after on the above-said primer layer 2 a copy sheet A composed of a substrate (e.g.: polyester resin film etc.) 3, a separation layer (e.g.: acryl resin etc.) 4 and a painted printing layer 5 is placed, pressurized and heated, the substrate 3 is separated to be painted. Further, synthetic resin paint composed mainly of for example urethane resin or the like, is coated to form a top coat 8.
