Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un polinucleótido modificado que codifica aspartato quinasa (EC:2.7.2.4; en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado LysC), transcetolasa (EC:2.2.1.1; en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado Tkt) o piruvato carboxilasa (EC:6.4.1 .1; en lo sucesivo en el presente documento denominado Pyc), en el que el codón de inicio está sustituido con ATG, un vector que incluye el mismo, un microorganismo transformado con el vector, y un procedimiento para producir L-lisina usando el mismo.
