promotor, variante de corynebacterium glutamicum e método para produção de l-lisina. a presente invenção é relacionada com uma variante de corynebacterium glutamicum que tem capacidade de produção de l-lisina aprimorada e um método para produção de l-lisina usando a mesma. a variante pode melhorar o rendimento de produção de l-lisina se comparado a uma cepa parental aumentando-se ou intensificando-se a expressão de um gene que codifica transcetolase.
