Abstract
método para produzir l-isoleucina a presente invenção fornece um método para produzir lisoleucina por fermentação usando uma bactéria pertencendo à família enterobacteriaceae que está modificada para superexpressar o gene cyca. o método também permite reduzir a produção de aminoácido(s) subproduto(s) de l-isoleucina durante a fermentação da bactéria enterobacteriaceae tendo uma capacidade para produção de l-isoleucina.
