a presente invenção refere-se a uma variante de corynebacterium glutamicum que tem capacidade de produção de l-lisina melhorada e um método para produzir l-lisina com o uso da mesma. a variante aumenta ou intensifica a expressão de um gene que codifica a piruvato carboxilase, e então pode ter um rendimento de produção superior àquele de uma cepa parental.
