Abstract

a presente invenção diz respeito a uma célula para a produção de acil-glicinatos, em que a célula é geneticamente modificada de forma a compreender: a) pelo menos uma primeira mutação genética que aumenta a expressão, em relação à célula de tipo selvagem, de um aminoácido-n-acil-transferase; b) pelo menos uma segunda mutação genética que aumenta a expressão, em relação à célula de tipo selvagem, de uma acil-coa sintetase e c) pelo menos uma terceira mutação genética que diminui a expressão, em relação à célula de tipo selvagem, de pelo menos uma enzima seleccionada entre o conjunto constituído por uma enzima do sistema de clivagem de glicina, glicina hidroximetiltransferase (glya) e treonina aldolase (ltae).
